We had stayed in this hotel to visit family in Rantoul. It was such a nice hotel, and it was much better than staying in Champaigne and commuting.

My ONLY concern would be the elevator. There was only one, but that was fine. Had to wait alittle longer, but nothing that couldn’t be managed. However, the elevator itself seemed off its tracks or something. It would shake after it would stop at every floor, and sometimes would drop a couple inches when people would get on/off. Besides this, I had such an amazing stay for the weekend and would give it 10/10 stars.

Hot Breakfast was great and always ready at the opening time. Desk in room was spacious and perfectly lit. Very convenient location for visiting family. Bed was extremely comfortable. Exercise room was well equipped.

Spa water was lower than normal. Maintenance was working on this problem. Pool was same temp as spa.

Hotel overall was clean and smelled really good. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, bathrooms were stocked really well and walls weren't thin so I barely heard any noise. Breakfast was amazing, staff was very friendly and helpful.

The pool was closed, and I was really looking forward to it.

All staff were excellent and helpful. The hotel was quite. Breakfast excellent! Many options for food that it should have satisfied any taste. Bed very comfortable. Safe area. Room clean with exceptions noted below. Overall hotel outside of room very clean

The shower could have been cleaner, a few hairs noted on the shower floor. I use the freezer compartment to freeze water bottles for cooler, could not have placed anything in freezer due to too much frost, otherwise appreciated the frig size and cleanliness. Someone must have washed sheets with something black and fuzzy due to black lint on sheet, just small fleck of lint here and there on the sheet.

Stayed in an ADA room and it was a true ADA! The room was huge with plenty of room on either side if the bed for wheelchair access. It was open under the bed, perfect for a Hoyer if needed. The bathroom was huge and accessable too! The staff was extremely fast when we requested more pillows and towels. Breakfast was good. The hotel was very clean and quiet!

There was nothing we didn't like.

I try to stay at holiday inn express everywhere I go because the facilities are always nice and the breakfast is awesome. And this location definitely doesn't disappoint. But the staff at this location was especially exceptional, super friendly and helpful.

The bed was super comfortable. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Location right next to the Rantoul Family Sports Complex was perfect!

Close to the interstate so you can hear the traffic

Location to U of I, quality of everything, decor, pump soap, and the cinnamon rolls!!! Yum!

Our room was near the expressway. It was noisy the entire time we were in the room. Took awhile to actually fall asleep……

Just grabbed and go a few items. They were tasty

Had trouble trying to figure out how to open the window coverings. I believe they were mechanical, but couldn't figure out how to make the shade raise.
