The look of the property is nice. The room was big enough for both of us to be comfortable, but oddly laid out. Our "extended stay suite" had a stove top, microwave, coffeepot, sink, and full bathroom. There was plenty of seating in the lobby, including several 2 person tables on the second floor and a business desk with a computer. The restaurant drink prices were decent and in line with what we expected.
The food in the restaurant was pretty good, and would've been much better if it had cooked a little longer. From the pizza to the fried pickles, everything needed to cook longer and get a little crispier. The TV listing for our room was incredibly wrong, which is no big deal, but annoying. The shower was confusing to turn on.

The decor was immediately interesting and the mood welcoming. There was an aire of warmth and pleasant hospitality. Our room we booked online wasn't the one we were assigned and they immediately upgraded us, which turned out lovely. The view from the suite was gorgeous, I think we saw an owl on the tree right out the window. There's a variety of relaxing activities to do within the lodge as well, from slots to books to games. All around a lovely time.
Unfortunately the breakfast was very limited. The pastries were stale and there wasn't a lot of options. The coffee was good 👍🏼

The staff is the best part of the RiverBank Lodge. They were not only accommodating, but proactive, anticipating our needs and offering assistance even before we asked.
The A/C in my room was a little bit cooler than I would have liked, but I couldn't find any way to turn it up. So, I just pulled up the pretty quilt on my bed, which resolved the issue.

We did not eat breakfast. We are not coffee drinkers. Would have liked a breakfast sandwich. Temperature in the lodge was pretty cold for us, but that’s a personal choice. Overall enjoyed our stay overnight.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. Great location and very clean! It is a beautiful place, cozy and comfortable. We were in town to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday at the Lodge. I would definitely stay here again.

I never end up eating there. I usually get the studio and cook myself for my kid who comes by w friends. The location is perfect.
What didnt I like? I didnt like having to leave. I absolutely hate when check out time comes. I usually try to stay as long as the staff will let me and since I come a weekend or more every month they are very hospitable.

The breakfast was OK, just a basic continental breakfast. The room seemed very clean, which was of most importance. The lobby was attractive. The staff were friendly and helpful. We thought we got value for our one night stay.
