I loved the location to the civic center. The room was small but perfect for the 2 of us. We will stay again.

The shower didn't drain very well at all, ended up running out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. We wanted to heat the room up after a cold night at the civic center, set the thermostat to 78 and I woke up super early freezing cold. Thermostat read 78 but felt more like 58.

the lady at the counter was rude. Caucasian middle aged. I am Caucasian and I was offended when she had told me that I have to have a card on hand or I can’t stay when I had multiple cards with multiple amounts on there. she could have had a better customer service attitude but she did not. the other African American clerks were very nice and explained that booking.com doesn’t do that charging which I had a separate card on.

I had to pay in the parking deck. Thought that was expensive. Plus the front unloading area was full so we had to carry our stuff from the parking garage to the motel. The $18 breakfast was not worth the money.

Could have been cleaner. Called the front desk Sunday around 2:30 in the morning for a noise complaint, had to call again. It didn't stop until I called the police.

Beautiful hotel! Comfortable bed and great view from window. Complimentary bottles water was very much appreciated! Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

I don't think that patrons should have to pay for parking if you are paying for a room. I was not aware that the room did not have a microwave so was unable to heat my breakfast up in the morning. For some reason, I did not have any wash cloths available, which was not a huge deal. I just used the hand towels.

It is a beautiful hotel in downtown Peoria. It was easy to get to and across the street from the Civic Center, which was my reason for the trip to Peoria. There is a parking garage for a small fee that is attached with skywalks to the Civic Center and Hotel. The room was great with a very comfortable bed.

They need to change out the drains on the showers as I had to shut off my shower half way through to let it drain. If I had not done this it would have overflowed onto the floor. The drains they have need to have more than just a gap around the edge to allow better flow.

PThe staff was excellent especially Le Le she was very professional and polite. The other two front desk employees were just as professional
