Upon arrival at check in was not good at all. I didn't feel comfortable how I was addressed and how I had to wait for a manager to get my room. Once the manager came out, it was okay. The receptionist could have smiled and been more professional. Instead she appear to act as if I wasn't registered or was at the wrong destination. Her demeanor said a lot. The way she talk, her facial expression and how she used her body language. I wasn't going to respond but at some point this needs to be addressed. She was african American, well dressed neat appearance but attitude was bad. Smile more, say you're sorry for the inconvenience. I was nice enough to tell her her necklace was turned wrong on her neck.

It was clean the staff was nice. We had a nice view that opened up to the view of street which was nice.
Me and my gf stayed for 3 nights, the second day we were there we left the room and came back later that night to notice our room had been cleaned. It’s not really a complaint but I was unaware that service was included without asking for it! Problem being is I had my “personal business” out. But overall it was nice.

the lounge area was very bright and loud with no ambience. We had dinner out with friends and suggested coming back to hotel for a cocktail in the lounge. it was outrageously expensive ($65 for 3 alcohol drinks/one soda water) and it was soooooo noisy and was lit so bright. I was embarrassed to have asked the back there.

Maybe they could have a convenient store on the facility or vendor machines! However it was still a very excellent stay.

For some reason they didn’t turn down the room the second day we were there. It could have been because it was Easter but I would have appreciated a head up to pre plan.

They charged a $216 no-show fee even though I wrote to inform them that there was a flight delay. They said they would reimburse, but I haven't received the money back.

The tiles on floor by sink and toliet need roughing up because they are very slippery. Even when I was Barefoot. I almost fell twice. Then I began holding the door frame and walls.
