The location was just right for the purpose of my trip. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet, and appears to have been recently redecorated. The main lobby is beautiful and spacious, with a nice restaurant and bar; it's too bad there were so few people (due to covid-19 no doubt).
I have just one very minor quibble; AC electrical outlets in the room - could use a few more. It would be nice to have an AC electrical outlet near the window, and in the nook where the coffee machine sits. These are very minor concerns though...........more of a 'wish list' item. I will definitely stay here again, next time I come back to this area.

There was no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms and the rooms were kind of small, no vending machines the small market they had with drinks and chips was a bit pricey 3 bucks for a pop 4 bucks for juice.

I've stayed here a number of times on business. Consistent quality of service and rooms. Breakfast room a little soulless (try Buttermilk in the nearby foodmall for a real treat). Dependable

Very well updated, a beautiful hotel
For some reason we did not receive housekeeping service. Came back at 9pm after a long day out and had to call the front desk that we needed towels. I’m sure this was an oversight because we saw staff cleaning rooms when we left in the morning.

This is my first time staying here and it won’t be my last. I love this hotel!
The pool was over compacity. It seemed that no one was watching the high teens who were having the run of the place. No supervision from the hotel staff either. It was so bad that my kids wanted to leave.
