Comfort Inn & Suites Geneva- West Chicago

Perfect location, close to restaurants, and grocery stores. The room is spacious, I asked for a king-sized bed room and that's exactly what I was given. Love the walk-in bathroom as opposed to the traditional tub. Mattress was good for my back. The place was busy when I was there, but at least it was quiet on the 3rd floor where I was. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. The peace and quiet helped a lot while I did my work at the end of a long day.

The breakfast selection could be improved. Selection's pretty limited but at least the food is warm (i.e., scrambled eggs, sausage). I was looking forward to making some waffles, but they weren't part of the menu, it's okay. Breakfast still filled me up.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Going the extra mile. It was easy to find an Uber ride quickly although we were not in town. I was glad to see a restaurant in the same parking lot. The restaurant was good and often busy. The beds were very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was easy to connect to and made my stay easier. I was glad there was a breakfast onsite downstairs. I liked there was a fitness center and pool as well. Although I did not use the small business center in the corner of the lobby, I was glad I had a backup option.

We had a major repair which required the water to be shut off. water was off from around 10 a.m. to a little after 4 p.m. This was inconvenient of course, but it was my day to be at the hotel instead of out. I did not have any appointments until the evening. It was stressful for me -no bathroom. I was able to plan ahead and had drinking water. It was also easy to hear the neighbors which woke me up a couple of times. However, mostly the sound levels were nice. The breakfast had some positive options, it was for me too many carbs and not enough protein. Breakfast had eggs, sometimes another protein, some fruit, waffles and cereal. Juices, yogurt and several choices of bread items. I would have liked something healthier, for example low sugar on the yogurt or more protein options.

The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were too soft and just collapsed under my head. The room was large, clean well-lit, and in working order. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was something I didn't have the opportunity to try, though, because the area was packed with guests.

Guests were very loud all night into 4 a.m., waking me up constantly. The room doors slam too easily and you can hear people, dogs, and the television through the walls. Wasn't a fan of having a connected room w/ the door, as I'm a single female, traveling alone. There weren't any diet soda options in any of the vending machines.

Breakfast was very fresh & delicious. Nice variety of choices. Front desk & staff members were very polite & gave awesome customer service. Parking lot was very convenient for walking distance to the motel entrance. Variety of restaurants and shopping stores were only down the street. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Area of the motel was safe and comfortable. Staff members were above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this Motel as choice of satisfaction to others.

The pool was temporarily closed, but for good reason. Maybe next time.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I even had a problem paying with my card and they were willing to split the payment into three instalments, which was great. There's plenty of parking, a reasonable buffet breakfast and a swimming pool. The fitness room, although small, is also a plus.

The fact that you can hear the traffic from the room. It's not too noisy, and personally it didn't bother me too much, but it could be annoying for people who need to sleep in perfect silence. Also, there were some constructions taking place and my window was directly into the scaffolding.

Excellent location. Staff were incredibly nice. My bed sloped so they got me a new room!! Love the walkin showers!!

Hockey team next door was very loud and the doors bang when they shut! Also need more lighting in the bathroom, seems a bit dark when you shower.

The location was easy to find, the room was awesome, and the king bed was very comfortable. Good breakfast, and it was quiet. I loved the shower! It was a walk-in shower with no tub.

The only thing I didn't like was a light right outside the bathroom buzzed, so I just turned it off.

Good location. Comfortable bed and sheets. The two person whirlpool tub in the room is quite nice for couples to relax and enjoy together.

Our room wasn't ready upon arrival at 3 p.m. and we gad to wait in the lobby for an extra 30 minutes for it to be cleaned.

This property is typical American, meaning large room, lots of pillows in the bed and the un-controlable fountain in the shower. Staff is very very friendly. For us location was perfect, just few min to where we had to have a meeting.

I did not like nothing.

My wife and I had the night off and decided to go out for a change. We could not be more pleased with our stay. Very clean and comfortable, Jake was overly friendly and really made us feel like royalty! Definitely will be back!
