We got a very large King corner suite for an exceptional price. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was decent. The staff were all friendly and accomodating. Excellent location.
The room I got wasn't the one that I booked according to the pictures on their website. When I asked about it, I was just told the room I reserved was 'unavailable'. The AC unit cover was broken. Bathtub was unusually shaped and required careful balance when showering with eyes closed. Wish the in room coffee maker and supplies were better.

The location was good. The breakfast in the morning was great! The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean.
They should tell you when you arrive, if you want housekeeping you have to request it. Also it is a dog friendly hotel and we love dogs, but it would be better if the hotel required them to be on a leash.

The breakfast was good but at checkout time big as the hotel is, we needed more carts to be able to move your luggage. There was only two carts in that building and that was very beautiful and I did let the manager know so next time aspect to see more carts for luggage you should be

The cleanliness from the lobby to the rooms, wasn't no bad odor once you entered.
I like the accommodations, online it stated check out at 12 noon, which is one of the reasons I decided this place. The customer service rep informed me that checkout was at 11am I stated online said noon he said that was changed but I'll honor it for you, I was happy due to I was having a surgical procedure done the next day and didnt need to be at CDH until 12:30. I really appreciated that.

If there was a vending machine and ice machine on every floor. Also the Wi-Fi would work at times and then if you go outside on the property then it doesn’t work.

The room was clean and spacious enough Staff was friendly and helpful. When our room was completely cleaned for us it was very well done!
That the sink and big mirror were inside the actual bathroom with the toilet and tub/shower. When I booked online the picture showed that they were separate and their description said that those were separate from the toilet/shower and tub. A couple times when we asked the front desk employee to take care of something in our room (they said they would let housekeepers know) it was forgotten but other times it was taken care of, not a huge deal, and it was eventually taken care of. We forgot to leave the housekeeper a tip which we wanted to do, were sorry.

Breakfast was impressive. The room was too small for a king size bed. Your chair in the room with the foot stool was squeezed into the corner and you can barely fit to sit, and also difficult even getting in and out of bed on the side where the chair is. The beds are comfy.

There was no breakfast because of the covid...the pool wasn't ready for use and my grandchildren couldn't come and enjoy the pool with me....the room was very clean and very comfortable...the beds were very comfortable...
That the next door restaurant took up a lot of parking spaces and we had to park far away from our side of the building...and it wasn't so easy during rush hour to leave out of the parking lot...no red lights available to get out of the parking lot...and depending the hour of the day...it was congested and had a long wait to get out....

Worked a 12.5 hr work day then drove 1.5 hrs to get to Downers Grove. Needless to say I was exhausted. Stepped through the doors and was greeted with an awesome enthusiastic smile by Nathan at the front desk. Just what I needed! Thank you Nathan!
Went down to breakfast around 7a and the were just a tiny bit of eggs and bacon.
