We ended up with a family suite which would have been great with our family. We were not staying long so couldn't take advantage of all the space. Breakfast was good. There was a nice sitting area where you could sit and read a book from their library or work on your computer or watch a little tv. You didn't have to always stay in your room.

Hotel should have invested in a window upgrade to help with the noise from the freeway. Lots of room in the bathroom, but it would have been good to have the sinks and mirror seperate from the showers. Yes there were 2 showers in the same bathroom. Toilet seperate from the showers would have been nice too. Over all it was a good experience and we would stay there again.

Breakfast could have been better. All eggs had cheese so if you can’t have dairy you were out of luck there, do wish places would consider that when serving eggs.

We have stayed at this property before this trip. Everything met our expectations except room service. See below.

No room service saves you money but lowers the quality level of our stay. Not making the bed, changing the sheets daily and not freshening the towels no problem. However, not resupplying coffee and not taking out the trash daily was a downer. I had to take out the trash, just like at home, and had to run down to breakfast area to get morning coffee. Not the service level of a quality property. At other properties at least they offer reduced rate with no room service. Next trip to Nampa will cause us to review our options.

I was very happy with the beds. They were very comfortable. The room was nice and clean.

I didn't like the price. I think we overpaid for the room. I could've just called the Holiday Inn myself and would've got a better rate. Also, you want to charge me $30 to ship a 1 ounce item!

I loved the clean pool and that it had a shower in it. Loved the clean room and fridge with a small sink with cupboard nice beds. Great breakfast bar it was all good and it was quiet no loud noises.

better fitting mattress pads and more towles in the bathrooms with two beds more tea choices. Check the air condtioner.

The staff was great for being understaffed. The room was clean and comfortable, couldn't hear the freeway that is next door. Breakfast was good and convenient. Location is great when you need to be at the hospital next door. Wish I would of called them instead of booking through another app. you will get a discount if you have appointments at the hospital. The Hot Tub was actually Hot.

someone left their dog barking outside in their kennel. the staff did everything possible to locate the owner though.

The facility was clean. The staff was really friendly. It was in a great area. Good breakfast.

I found no problems with this site. Except maybe the breakfast was not ready when it was supposed to be. It was only about 15 minutes late though.

parking. the front desk that was working the morning we checked in said we had three rooms and not two but they were able to fix it.

The breakfast had a wide and fresh selection. It was not crowded or noisy. All the staff we came across were very friendly and helpful.
