Hotel was clean. The room we stayed in was large in size and very spacious.

While eating breakfast downstairs I felt like the worker in the breakfast area was watching my every move. He just stood at the door and stared at me like I was stealing food or something. He didn't greet me or anything. I felt very uncomfortable. I didn't feel welcome.

Room was comfortable and clean for the price. Location was close to freeway but to get there had to go through a neighborhood. Breakfast was available with eggs, sausage and waffles

The front desk person at check in must have been having a bad night. He wasn't to friendly but was a little better the next morning. Eggs were overcooked but ok.

I liked the friendly staff and it was close to restaurants and shopping.

The room itself was clean but I noticed the shower mat was dark brown so I poured some bleach in the shower for a while and it cleaned some of the dirt off the tub mat but it was still discolored.i showered and the mat was lighter from where I was scrubbing my feet on the mat which kinda disgusted me.

Receptionist, though very busy, kept a kind attitude and showed patience and attention.

Hard to explain, but the location is a bit shady. Kind of hidden behind a couple strip malls which the manager of the strip mall that he/she did not require their tenants to maintain. Very dirty and grungy looking views, particularly when leaving the property. Pavement was all busted up. 18 wheelers parked all over the premises.

We have been staying at this hotel for quite a few years and have always found that the staff is always friendly and helpful with any questions we may have about the area we are not aware of. Thanks for the great stay

As we have been staying at this hotel for quite a few years, we did notice that as with many hotels there are upkeep issues that are not always attended to. These were just minor things although they were noticed.

the Breakfast was pretty good

The ladies at the front desk was very friendly and nice I felt really liked them both. Both the Indian dudes was not so nice they just looked at you all crazy and I did not feel welcome at that point it was a bit scary.

A lot of fast food restaurants within a short walk.

The mattress protector on the bed was disgusting. They need to wash them, and add some bleach to the laundry would be great too.

Our stay was great. Beds were comfortable, bed linens soft, bath linens soft and good sized, good water pressure and temp, AC units worked well, elevator fast, signage was clear, check in and out was easy, staff was friendly, plenty of parking, decent continental breakfast

Breakfast, not a lot offered even 1 he into breakfast there was limited options. Tables were not cleaned. Attendant was in prep area on his phone and not attending to food area.

very friendly and helpful staff, rooms clean, good variety for breakfast, great location near stores, shops and restaurants, nice little indoor pool.
