Residence Inn Savannah Midtown

Breakfast was well stocked and plentiful. Breakfast Staff member was helpful and kept area very clean. Our room was spacious and well cooled (it was 98 for a couple days). Every appliance was in working order.

We were there for 4 days and no one cleaned our room. More importantly no one picked up the trash. We had to go to the desk ti get new towels. For the priced that we paid a little more service was expected. One other concern was the large pets staying there. We saw 2 large dogs that were over 100 lbs. - ONE IN THE BREAKFAST AREA DURING BREAKFAST. Several people in our group had allergies and asthma so this was a health concern. Consider having no pet rooms like no smoking rooms

Location was good. The staff was very friendly. Easy to get around.

Value was a little on the week side. Had a view of another roof.

The indoor pool was great. The temperature of the pool was warm. It is a little small though. The room was very nice with a small kitchen and a small table to eat at, I love the separate living room and kitchen from the bedroom and bathroom. It was nice having two tv's (one in the bedroom and one in the living room).

There weren't any restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was average but good. The fire alarm went off at 6:30am because an employee burnt something while making breakfast for the guests.

The manager was super kind and friendly. The smell in the room was a little musky but I don't have any complaints. It was very clean and roomy. The fire alarm went off twice in the night while we were there and that freaked us out but all was well. We would stay here again!!!

Great location! The room very large and clean. Had a full kitchen with refrigerator and dishwasher and coffee pot. Everything was wonderful about our stay. Breakfast was just a brown paper bag grab and go due to Covid. Choice of muffins, granola bars, cereal and milk and fruit. Coffee available. Very easy to get to historic Savannah as well as the Riverwalk or anything else in Savannah. Parking downtown historic Savannah is reasonable $14 a day max. We got down there at 10 AM and stayed until 7 PM and it cost us nine dollars. Lots of stores, restaurants, bars. Can even walk in the streets in a plastic cup while drinking lol

The property itself was awesome, the only issue was when we got there some family was acting like fools and the police had to come but the staff was gracious and very nice throughout the whole thing. Did not have any dislikes as far as the property went.

Breakfast was amazing! I had to be on the road very early and the pre-wrapped take and go selections plus carry out containers were so helpful! Not to mention that they were delicious 😋

Not a thing. Location was great and bed and pillows very comfortable!

The hotel staff was friendly. The room was clean and spacious. I loved the kitchen and the fact that there were plenty of dishes for me to use. The bed was comfortable. I got some of the best sleep and was able to get a full breakfast from the hotel lobby.

Although the bath sink and countertop is spacious, the shower and toilet area was too small.

Grab and Go breakfast bag was handy, nutritious and convenient. Every morning we tried a different muffin- all were moist, soft and tasty. Coffee was excellent!! Staff was nicest people you could meet.

Nothing could have been better. Even when we entered through the wrong door, the housekeeper took the time to guide us through the halls to the reception area herself. Like I said, nicest people you could meet.

I love the location of where the hotel is at and breakfast was ok. The breakfast staff could've done just a little better. But overall it was a wonderful stay.
