Comfort Inn & Suites

Hotel staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The place was clean and the area was safe. Central area, food places are close by and your 20 min or so from downtown. I wish there were a bit more options for the complimentary breakfast, but I guess you can't complain about free. Overall, will stay there again. Overall, good value for the money. Comfy bed and clean sheets. A good deal.

There were some dark stains in the carpet, looked a spill. The carpet was dark colored so not very noticeable. The microwave and heating system were old and needed to be updated. The lighting in the room was very dim. All soft lighting. You could also hear when people let their room door slam. Didn't happen often, but was noticeable when it did happen.

The location, it was pretty easy to find. One of the staff member (Aaron H), went out her way to help when we had problems.

My room was not ready when I arrived. Myself and another customer had to wait about 35-45 minutes before room was ready. Also, no breakfast. Just coffee, juice, and pastries.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Room was clean and in good location. Breakfast was a little disappointing because it wasn't a hot meal, I'm sure due to covid, but, it was fine. The website still says indoor pool, which is why I picked it. They no longer have the pool. Website just needs to be updated.

The room cost too much for what we got. The picture on the website was much nicer than the room we stayed in. It looked like two rooms on the website, in reality it was a tiny divider that is really useless. I paid over 180 dollars for the room, but it should have been around 130.

The property was nicely kept and the staff members were very helpful. I also like the fact that there was refreshment available in the lobby area. The location was ideal for our travel needs and there were a lot of places to eat.

The bathroom needed a hand towel rack. The pillows were too small. There was no safe in the room. Did not like the fact that the staff did not come back to clean the room if you slept in late. Need to add more item to the breakfast menu.

The rooms were nice, and the location was relatively convenient to the Renaissance Festival we were there for. Breakfast was surprisingly good, and ran until 10:30am, so we didn't have to get up extra early for it.

There were several pillows in the beds, which fluffed up nicely, but deflated quickly when in use. I would like to have seen some that were a bit more supportive.

This is the nicest place we've stayed, ever, and will be our go-to hotel for the Renaissance Faire forevermore. From the simple luxuries like the iced lemon water in the lobby to the proximity to the amazing peanut butter frozen yogurt across the street to the gym, this was a great experience. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

If I had to choose something negative to say, it would be that the walls are a little thin and the TV was slightly difficult to figure out.

We left clothes and the staff has not mailed them to us yet. It has been a month.

The location was easily accessible and close to the event we were attending. The property was clean, the room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. I was skeptical at first because of some of the other reviews but we had a great experience and were pleasantly surprised.

Nothing major but the bathroom could use an exhaust vent, steam lingered and made the room more humid, had to turn on the a/c to clear the air.

The property is perfectly located by my favorite restaurant, Chick-fil-A and my husband’s second favorite, Zaxby’s. Also, it’s perfectly located near my destination.

The traffic is unbelievably congested. You can get stuck for ever trying to get out of the parking lot.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. Very quiet throughout my stay. Clean and comfortable rooms.

No real complaints during my stay over a weekend. If it were during a real crowded time enough parking could be a possible issue. I didn't experience any issues though.
