Nice/Clean facility with comfortable bed. The room also has a mini fridge and Netflix.

We didn’t have a good check-in experience. When checked-in, I thought I heard the front desk personnel said room number 312. But she wrote 212 on our key card. We went to 212 and tried using the key, and man opened the door. We apologized to the guy while showing the number that was written on the card to him. We then went to room 312 and attempted to use the card, which did not work. So we hauled our bags back down to the front desk. The front desk personnel apologized and said our room was actually 324. Maybe she had an off night, but we were exhausted from traveling and it was not what we wanted to deal with at 10PM.

Very clean rooms - the entire hotel for that matter. Spacious. I really enjoyed the fact that we were able to sign in to Netflix with their TV set up.

The staff was not overly friendly. When we came down to check out there were 3 police officers in the lobby - the lady at the front desk did not even acknowledge us nor did the officers attempt to move so I could drop my room keys. They also had the exit blocked & we had to wait to get out even though they were just standing at their vehicles.

Everything in this hotel was very nice and presentable and the room was very nice as well.

I wish there had been a resturant/bar in the hotel, since there is nothing in the surrounding area worth eating. I liked the business area and that was convenient, however I wish the printer could have been set up to do bluetooth printing as well.

Chlorine sitting on the bottom of the pool burned everyone’s eyes and completely discolored everyone’s swimsuits. When I told the young lady at the desk,her only reply was “there must be too much chlorine in it”

I refer more hot food, instead of ending at 9:00, I would have like 10:00. The location , Cleaning and the weather was great.

This is my go to hotel when traveling to South Georgia. It is very comfortable, clean, and staff is friendly. Amenities and breakfast is a bonus.

Breakfast was horrible. Guests should at least be able to make fresh waffles for themselves! Everything was microwaved, frozen waffles were soggy, items were Not filled/refilled timely.

Every quiet room and extremely clean!

The only complaint was the quality of breakfast... It was a very poor selection and the waffles and sandwiches were hard.

The hotel was newer and very clean. The bed was super comfy. The only negative was that the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan. Check-in was a breeze as well and loved that they had complementary cookies.
