the room was clean, remodeled and comfortable. heat was good

the handicapped bathroom was not set up for wheelchair compatibility. The wheel chair didn't fit between the bed and tv stand, so my son was stuck next to the bed and door. thankfully the bathroom was on this side of the bed. the tub was to small to fit him in, even though it had rails all around. the toilet was high enough, which was good. the tv stand wasn't even with the bed, so we had to swivel the tv to be able to watch it. there was air coming around the door, making a cold spot in that area and the bathroom stayed colder. the neighbor had a dog that howled and cried like it was bieng beaten. the coffee pot had a piece missing so I couldn't make coffee in the morning.

Great Location Front desk lady wad very nice and friendly. Pretty clean bathroom tub had hair in it.

Cleaning service was not friendly at all. Never got fresh towels. I know they were short of help, but they could have at least answered me when I talked to them. I had to raise my voice to get them to respond. And still they didn't respond nicely.

The room was clean and I can tell it was recently updated. The location is close to the expressway, restaurants, and shopping centers. The hostess that was there when we checked in about 3:00 was very friendly and professional.

There were no pillows in the room, no fridge, and no microwave. One of the workers that was working at 10p.m. on Saturday night made us wait until after 11:00p.m. to get pillows. Also, that same worker was asked was asked earlier in the evening at about 5:30 to put three big towels and a couple more wash clothes in the room, but, when we returned at about 10:00p.m., she still had not done so and I had to go to the front desk to get it.

The room was nice but they didn't have the accommodations as advertised. King suite with sofa bed we had a single dirty chair. We asked for a roll out bed no response. We had to buy an air mattress for my daughter to sleep on. It rained and the ceiling plaster was falling down.

Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Shopping was very close. The room was clean but outdated. If you have a pet, there is a pet area behind the building with trash cans and poop bags.

The ice machine was out of order.

The whole entire staff was amazing the office manager went above board to make sure I was comfortable and everything was great for my stay

I really enjoy how the staff was willing to answer any questions and always has a smile and a pleasant word to say

It was a good stay. Room was nice , clean and cute. The only thing I didn’t like is front desk coming to my door demanding me to open door instead of calling when we was a few minutes late for check out. Pool wasn’t full so we couldn’t swim as planned

Like the location..close to shopping, and places to eat..( even a chuck e cheese for kids)

Area seemed little rough but NO PROBLEMS...but I did see a roach in our room...so make sure you check your things very good..

Easy to get to location & close to everything for shopping, dining, groceries, gas, etc.

That the rooms were clean and up to part a very nice environment!!! The staff was very helpful and nice and I was close to publix and clothing stores and there's a bar across the street I loved it ..
