The property is pet friendly with much green space. The person at the front desk was kind enough to give us a first floor room. The room was clean and spacious. The value for the stay was great. The buffet breakfast was adequate.

The location. A parking lot for the neighboring Cracker Barrel adjoins the property's green space. There were persons who were living in their cars in the parking lot next to the green space. A homeless person in one car cursed at me while I was walking my dog.

The hotel is in a good location -- right off the interstate with a Cracker Barrel adjacent to the parking lot. There are numerous fast-food restaurants on the main road. They allow pets and don't have an additional charge for up to two pets. The room was a decent size and had a microwave and a mini-fridge. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The breakfast was very basic. Waffle machine, packaged muffins, cereal, yogurt. They did have bananas, oranges, and apples.

The front desk clerk was very welcoming and received us with such great warmth. Her wonderful demeanor was a great welcome when entering your establishment. Kudos to her for her great customer service skills. She should be commended for her skills. She truly made us feel welcome and it made our stop after a twelve hour trip great. She is definitely an asset to the Wyndham brand.

Once you entered the hotel, it had a wonderful scent in the air but once one turned towards the room, there was an odd odor in the hallway. At one point, we almost checked out because of the odd odor but stayed because of exhaustion. My recommendation is to find the source of the odd stench in the hallways and get rid of it. Other than that it was a good stay. Thank you.

Management went over the top to ensure comfort. Aside from the room being immaculate, the mini fridge was quite large - as were the bath towels. The platforms bed made it impossible for our cat to get underneath; we didn't even have to block the corners at the headboard. Lighting was very good. TV offered many options. Hangers were allowed to come off the rod. The AC ran at a quiet enough speed.

OK, I wasn't all that happy about that monster RV parked in the lot along with a truck. Both vehicles could be heard although this didn't disturb us once we fell asleep.

Hotel was pretty clean, room was spacious and the hotel was covieniently located to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, drug stores and urgent care. Only a 30 minute drive to Jekyll Island.

There was minimal water pressure in the shower, coffee make was not clean (had dirty pod still inside from previous guest), no one could determine what time the pool opened (that's why I booked this specific hotel-for the pool).

The location was conveniently tucked off the highway, in an area where there’s plenty to eat and you’re not far from anything. The breakfast setup was nice my favorite was the waffle maker, my kids enjoyed being able to access the fruit bowl all day. (Oranges, bananas & apples)

Don’t have dislikes , except hotel coffee is nasty everywhere. 😂

small things like elevator door surroundings should be painted. vacuum the carpet more often. it’s the little things that make the hotel look good or “worn” the receptionist could have been more welcoming. being greeted by a smile is a biggie. asking about nearby restaurants got low interest. the front desk is the name of the game. the room was clean. I like going into a room and no longer seeing a bedspread. the breakfast was appreciated.

The manager and son who checked us in were very friendly. The pillows and beds and towels were all very comfortable! Great eating establishments were within walking distance!

If I have to say something that I would like to see changed before we come back next year, and it's really not a big deal at all but, we had to use the elevator to go up one floor to get to the ice machine. So, I would like to see an ice machine on each floor.

Horrible traffic, called to say we were running late and the gal was so pleasant and cute about it saying “we’re here waiting for you”! When we got there she was so accommodating and smiling and refreshing to be greeted in such a way. Not knowing location and now almost 9 pm we called Cracker Barrel ( that happened to be beside hotel) placed order on line, they actually called as had run out of one of our choices, and we said we were hurrying to get there before they closed… they were so helpful and would have left order at hotel if we were late!!! Can’t ask for more then that

I would like Wingate to know their employee Pam was awesome. She was so friendly nice and accommodating. We came in a little after 3p on May 26. From the time I checked in, it was like she knew us. The next day person was not nice but I have to say Pam's attitude etc more than made up for the rudeness of the next day person.
