A conveniently placed hotel when arriving after a long international flight. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was good, comfortable beds. Hotel gym well equipped and clean. Overall a good experience.

Quiet room with comfortable bed. Window shades were dark, which was a plus! Convenient shampoo/conditioner/shower gel available so not to unpack my own. Room service reasonably priced. Wakeup call was appreciated. Front desk personnel were quick, friendly and helpful. Quick walk to airport check-in and terminal/concourse.

Breakfast or room service not available before my 6am flight. Price is a bit steep for a quick one-night stay, but understandably too.... you pay for the convenience!

really helpful staff. i had so much equipment that I needed to use for my work that also had to be checked in, and everyone was really helpful in helping me find a bell hop-Ryan, who was friendly and nothing was too much of an ask to get my 9 bags from my car to my room. he also allowed me to ‘book’ a bell hop for my bags to help me get them to the airline check in counter-who was also awesome at 6.00am. overall really impressed with this service. front desk were friendly and genuinely warm.

Impeccable service, helpful staff walkway to terminal (Tampa Airport). Only charged for parking if you parked overnite. Convience to rental car center. Hassle free stay was PRICELESS. Will plan to stay again.

Short stay. I had an overnite stay with a late nite check-in. Just note; No LATE NITE room service and food delivery options were available during my overnite stay. Plan accordingly.

I was looking for a hotel in the airport complex. Few airports in the USA offer this amenity. These guys overdelivered in my case where a United Flight was cancelled and we were placed in a situation where the wait exceeded 24 hours. We opted to stay a second night and not sit at the gate for what would have been 17 hours when the new flight actually left TAMPA for IAD.

Great location at the airport. Comfortable room and nice amenities close by. Easy check-in and check out process. If you're looking for convenience in transit this is about as convenient as it gets. A hallway connects the hotel lobby and the airport itself.

Rather expensive choice. Pretty loud place. People are always moving around the hallways and the rooms are not very soundproof. Super convenient, but you pay the price for that convenience.

We really loved that the hotel was in the airport. We didn’t hear anything as far as air traffic. It was so convenient.

We arrived very late and we didn’t end up with the layover we expected. We were hungry but there wasn’t anything warm to eat. Thankfully they have a little store and we got a salad and sandwiches.

It was nice to get off the plane and walk to the hotel! I arrived after 11:00 PM so there weren't any planes taking off. The hotel was quiet. Then I walked to the economy parking and got my car.

I was a bit surprised at the dust along the railings and the window ledges by the table where I ate my breakfast at the restaurant. The yogurt parfait was billed as having homemade granola. It looked like puffed oat cereal and not granola. The raisins were so hard that I was afraid I would brake my tooth on them.
