Clean room, simple modern decor, small details like having a live plant inside the room, made our stay very enjoyable

Meal options could improve, not many options in their menu; parking is an issue for those not willing to pay $30 for valet. We were told to park on the street but were given a parking ticket. Guess should be advice of that. Did not see any information about day tours or attractions at the front desk

Love the modern vibes of the hotel. The simple yet beautiful design is so my style. Very friendly staff. Love the outside pool deck area with a hot tub, ping pong, cornhole, and jenga. Love the giant window and mirror in the room. And I love that animals are welcome!

The Staff at The Modern Hotel are ALL exceptional. The smile on their faces saids it all. Always friendly and eager to assist. The staff interaction with each other shows how happy they are to be a part of this organization.

I spent most of my vacation at Siesta Key so the location was convenient. Awesome pool party on Labor Day weekend!

Parking was inconvenient to pay for valet parking every day, I luckily found street parking!

The decor was beautiful, spacious rooms, modern feel. The valet parking was very quick and provided great service. Great restaurant on site. Breakfast was delicious.

We were at a tournament, had to leave early in the morning, wish the lobby had complementary coffee to go. There was no room service, and that would have been ideal. Also the restaurant downstairs is great, but understaffed.

The pool area was beautiful and very relaxing. Staff was vey accommodating at the pool. The housekeeping staff was very accommodating and friendly.

We found that lighting to be lacking especially in the entryway and around the coffee bar.

The room was really nice and comfortable for our needs.

We booked the room for the bath tub outside and it didn’t work. It wouldn’t drain due to rusting it appeared. Caused some disappointment.

I evacuated to there during hurricane Ian. The staff was exceptional under very difficult circumstances

pool bar service. bar tender greeted us about complaining about working and you could tell she didn’t want to be there.

The staff was amazing! Abigail is definitely a stellar employee! Need more of her everywhere. She went above and beyond for us!

The parking situation. It's valet only and they charge a surcharge as well. So you end up paying an extra $30 and $28 per night. Didn't like that.
