The property is gorgeous! We stayed in the two bedroom guest cottage, which is also gorgeous! The Innkeepers are lovely people. They responded immediately to questions and requests. The fresh muffins in the breakfast tray were straight from the oven and delish! We were there on a holiday weekend so the river traffic was constant but it was fun to watch the boats go by. Our son caught several catfish from the dock. This place is a little piece of paradise on the Alafia River!

We thought the property was amazing!

This facility was a great place to start out my day and the perfect place to arrive at night to relax and unwind before getting some great sleep. Place was comfortable and in great shape, even through there are some guest orientated improvements on the way.

The property is set up for the guest to have a great experience and to relax . Although there are televisions on the property there, they are not in the rooms but in common areas which has the potial for someone to anger or disturb others. My stay was to visit family and not to do television watching and I try my best not to disturb others.

Amazing facilities and even better service. The owners live there and always make sure you have everything you need. Kayaks, outdoor games, a beautiful pool, firepit, and more. The breakfast was an added bonus. Can't imagine staying anywhere else when in Tampa. A big thanks to Rose for always checking on us - she's awesome! Thank you!

Nothing...we liked everything!

Kris and Bob and the entire staff went out of their way to see that our stay was everything and more than we expected. The grounds are beautiful as is the entire property. The smell of fresh baked muffins every morning, the bowl of chocolates that never seems to reach bottom, the fresh flowers throughout the resort, and so much more. There is a sense of peace when you come unto the property. It was exactly what we needed. We look forward to returning!

A lot of special touches and a really beautiful property that shows pride of ownership. We had a delicious breakfast that was cheerfully served in a formal dining area. It really topped off a great stay. Pool was refreshing and stocked with towels. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything was perfect. Kris and her staff are amazing and I couldn’t thank them enough for making my family feel at home. It was supposed to be a quick trip with low expectations but we left the property wanting to come back soon.

it‘s hard to tell when you arrive which of the buildings you rented when you are standing in front of the property…

The breakfast was fresh and very tasty. The location was great, just off the highway and close to lots of restaurants and stores.

I just can't get over how quiet and peaceful it is . Had my morning coffee watching the river go by . It is beautiful. It has been just me and my daughter on this trip and I've felt safe and havent worried about anything as far as our belongings or the people around us . If you need a place to just think and also enjoy some outdoor time this is the place . There are restaurants nearby and shopping if you need something. Great experience so far

This is my first time at a B&B . Im kind of clueless to how this works vs. a hotel . Maybe a printout for B&B dummies like myself on how and what is ok and not . So far I've managed to kind of figure it out along the stay, But other than that so far I've found nothing that I haven't liked.
