The property was clean, comfortable, and all of the staff was very welcoming, accommodating, and nice. I appreciate them so much for all their help. They never bothered me and were always available for anything I needed. I stayed here for seven days while waiting to move into my apartment, and I couldn’t have picked a better hotel for my budget, especially around the holiday.
The elevators had a burning smell and they scared me at times. But they did their job and never broke down. Hopefully they upgrade these soon. Either way, I’d return and stay again.

TV had a bunch of lines through it, the hallways smelled like ashtrays, even though it is a non-smoking building? No other complaints.

That I asked for my TV in my room to be fixed because it would just shut off. Nobody never fixed it or put a new one in my room. I was and am upset about that.

Hurricane Ian escapees…the bed was comfortable, staff was great under horrible circumstances. The Lobby flooded, but not our rooms…the staff made adjustments and breakfast was always served.
