Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Orlando At Seaworld, an IHG Hotel

the beds were extremely comfortable. facility was clean. I only rate it as an 8 because when we arrived the toilet wouldn’t flush, and started to over flow, nothing was done to block it. There was a bottle of lotion that was on the sink that looked to have been used already and not replaced, and the breakfast could have been a little better. There wasn’t any ice water at breakfast. but over all the staff was amazing. and so was our stay. just some little things could have been improved.

The area, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.

I didn’t like the employee that checked us in. We asked about a luggable cart and his don’t care attitude was like, they are around here somewhere. He didn’t even try to assist in finding. Then when he started to charge me $15 a day for parking, I told him no where did it state I had to pay for parking, he then in a smart ass way says “ you can clearly see there is no parking. I was getting ready to cancel our stay and he took the parking price off. We parked across the street but later found all kinds of parking in the rear. The room could have been cleaned better, no extra cups for coffee was left, she didn’t replace the plastic in the ice holder, no toilet paper, we had to go get it.

The hotel looked phenomenal and the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and I loved the fact that they supply body wash, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. The heated pool was nice and kid/adult friendly. The gym was nice I was able to get a good workout in. House keeping did a phenomenal job tiding up the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked fine. The best was the continental breakfast. What a great variety of foods that exceeded my expectations. The meals were accommodating to everyone’s food preferences. I would definitely stay again. Both of my kids enjoyed themselves.

I didn’t like the fact I had to pay for parking.

Before arriving at the hotel, I had called and asked about early check-in -- since we were going to Sea World Orlando on a Thursday morning and wanted to take advantage of the shuttle bus. The lady had said it wouldn't be a problem and that there would be rooms available during the week. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was told that the only room available was a One Bedroom Suite. I checked out the room and found that it was a king sized bed and a pull out couch. I told the lady that it wouldn't work for us since my friend would need a bed as well. In a quick moment, she had found an open Queen Standard Room with 2 beds. I quickly gathered my son, my friend, and our things and headed to our room! I put the key card in and low and behold....THERE WAS A FAMILY INSIDE THE ROOM!! I quickly apologized for intruding the room since the hotel staff had said the room was vacated. The family inside was shocked and could not as a word at all (think deer in the headlights look)! I went back to the front desk and the family had called to complain. Needless to say, after all the trouble and mishap, I was given a generous discount off the room that we eventually stayed in. The staff was welcoming and accommodating after everything!

The free breakfast is from 630am to 930am. If you want a decent breakfast -- go somewhere else! There were no small cartons of milk, no juice dispenser, and apparently no coffee after 9am! The selection is very limited! Oh and it would've been nice if the staff mentioned that there was a controller to put the dark blinds in our room (since we were overlooking the pool).

Within 2 minutes from Aquatica, located close to everything. The kid’s suite was very spacious and convenient for our family. The breakfast was really good and unlike other hotels their breakfast ended at 9:30 am which was a plus.

The room had a mildewy smell. It is advertised that they provide a complimentary parking pass to Aquatica/Sea World but when you go to the front desk to request it they have no knowledge of it. I was directed to the hotel across the street to go ask about it.

The pool is great, the breakfast is good, the room rather spacious and the staff very friendly.

The shuttle bus to Seaworld runs only once and hour not fitting well with the opening hours. The hotel calls itself sustainable - all breakfast items are plastic and one-way disposable, this should urgently be changed to more sustainable plates, cups and cutlery or don't call yourself sustainable.

The hotel is well located with an I-Ride Trolley stop within 2 minutes walking distance. Great views of the Mako coaster from the room and the fireworks at night. Quiet at night with no noise from the road. Room was clean with plenty of space. A few restaurants and stores within walking distance.

The breakfast was a bit limited but enough to start the day. You get a discount on the Quick Queue at SeaWorld, but I was expecting this to be free.

Our room was huge and clean! The king bed & pillows were so comfortable! The staff was very nice as well. We loved having a mini frig, microwave & a (Kcup)coffee maker in our room!

.We just had a few issues with the way the room was furnished. We felt that there should've had a light in the "kitchenette" area or at least over the dinning table. Also, felt they should've had a small sink in that area as well. Breakfast was a huge plus, unfortunately it was pretty much the same every morning the juice had a werid after taste and the potatoes were under cooked almost every day. I guess if you don't mind those things and aren't going to stay over a week then you should be ok .

Very clean and everyone was super nice

The website said it was a 7 min walk from seaworld and that’s not the case unless you plan on jumping some walls. It’s more like a 25 min walk which still it’s horrible but a big difference. Also I was charged an additional $38 when we checked out and couldn’t get an answer on why. The breakfast area is small compared to how many rooms they have. So we waited in line for about 45 mins before we could eat. So be mindful of that if they are busy.

loved our stay. didn’t necessarily interact with the staff because there wasn’t a need. Rooms were a great size, beds comfy, outstanding cleanliness and a very filling and yummy breakfast.

there is a smell in the lobby that made me uncomfortable not sure if it was from them updating… but I found it unpleasant and odd. if I had to find something to be done better I would say scrambled eggs please and bacon. possibly in vest in second pancake machine or a waffle maker to lesson lines in morning but that’s reaching for a complaint our stay was magnificent!!!!
