Best Western International Drive - Orlando

The rooms were cleaned everyday and the staff was very helpful

The breakfast items were the same for the entire week. The water from the bathroom was seeping onto the carpet into the bedroom, we made a complaint but it was not rectified

Like always Best Western have the best breakfast included, with pancake maker, scramble eggs, bacon and much more, I always look forward to they hotel when traveling because the facility are good the staff is great.

Since we discovered Best Western International Drive-Orlando at Bookings, it has simply become our go to hotel. The prices are affordable, the rooms are excellent, most importantly, clean, beds are comfortable. The location of the hotel is almost as it it were in the middle of international drive, restaurants and attractions are within a walking distance. The breakfast as always was delicious. Overall, a great experience.

didn’t like the fact booking.com gave me a free upgrade to a room with a view. view of the wall perhaps. but that’s it. so wasn’t impressed. the cleaners didn’t do a great job cleaning or even making beds well

Appreciated the extra cleaning and COVID protocols in place to keep us safe Both AM and PM staff a young lady and a young man were very hospitable, accommodating and helpful! Model employees! Also, the channel guide and Wi-Fi code provided with the key were really helpful, convenient and greatly appreciated! This was our 3rd attempt in 1 day to get a CLEAN room with amenities promised… so glad we stopped here! They were our lifesavers! We were one step away from just canceling our vacation and just going back home!

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like only thing that I could say just because I have to write something in this box to move on would be that the shower head dripped water from the wall and I would have liked continental breakfast but I’m sure that due to the pandemic that probably isn’t possible but other than that nothing came to mind, again, this is just me FINDING things to list just to move on.

The affordability, location, convenience, cleanliness and very good breakfast.

The inconvenience when the door card gave trouble to open the door. The other was the disappointment of having to ask the front desk for certain a toiletry because it was not being replenished daily.

Installation is showing is a bit old, wall painting is cracking, bath tub have some dents. That doesn't really affect the experience but can cause an impression at first. Breakfast bag can be more healthy than a cupcake and a bar.

Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Beds were small but comfortable. Hotel was surprisingly quiet for how busy it was and our room location by the pool. I slept great without ever being woken up by noise. My kids enjoyed the pool. The grab and go breakfast was decent. We were there to go to Disney and it was only about a 15 minute drive from the hotel.

The Disney shuttle they have only leaves once a day at 8:55 and comes back once around 6:00 depending on your park location. I was told it fills up so get there early. Part of why I booked this hotel was for the shuttle so that was disappointing. We wanted more flexibility on time at the park so we decided to skip the shuttle and drive ourselves.

The hotel was in a great fun location. Tons of restaurants and things to do at night. Definitely loved the atmosphere at night. We went for our family Disney trip, it’s about 25 minutes away from Disney, but it’s close to universal. Despite, being in such distance from Disney World, we still loved the location due to the area. The hotel and room is super clean and lobby area is very nice.

There’s only one elevator which is the one in the lobby. It’s a hassle having to carry things up & down the stairs going to your room. If you want something more quiet at night, I wouldn’t suggest this area since it’s in a location where the street is very busy during night hours do to restaurants and other spots.
