The staff at the front desk were great, very helpful and very pleased that I choose the hotel. They greeted me by name as I came and went each day. I really appreciated their help and would like to thank them. I do not remember all their names except NIlza, Tangela and Denzell but all were very nice. One great things was the restaurant "Lo De Lea" in the hotel. In my opinion one of the best places to eat in the area if not all of Miami. The staff were also great, food was out standing as was the extensive wine list. Prices were very reasonable for such a good place.

Guests had to ask to have the room clean but probably a holdover fromn the pandemic.

We are not on vacation our ceiling fell down and apartment is unsafe and being repaired I didn’t expect to pay $259 for weekend rates because I am a member and it was an emergency! I’ve booked 3 more days and now I have to book 3 more because my apartment isn’t ready but I have to pay weekend rate but tomorrow I will have been here a week already! Can’t afford but have no place else to go! $126 dollars was all I expected to pay! I will be broke by the time I get back to my apartment and then rent is due! Besides that it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy, we have been here before just to get away and enjoy the sunshine and pool!

Restaurant under remodeling

I love the balcony view of the pool. The room was vey spacious. Also, having a refrigerator in the room really makes staying there enjoyable. Tangela Jackson is a real people person. You can tell when a person enjoys their job by way the customers are treated. When I overslept, Nilza made certain we received a breakfast bag. This is what makes this place a wonderful stay which is the reason I continue to book here. I always thank them for making me feel right at home. I look forward to seeing these two staff members in every visit. Not sure what I would do if they leave.

I'm not sure how to answer this question because there's not much I can say that I didn't like. If anything, the price could've been a little lower. Also, I know that the adjacent restaurant is under new management and is temporarily closed, but it would've been great to have that open. But I look forward to that next time.

For me location is the key why I staye here always when in Miami. Right at 123rd street, where the bridge is to Bal Harbour. Everything you might need is there ( Whole Food, Denn's, Pizzeria etc. ). Staff is friendly, we had a nice chat with Nilza when checking out. Room is enough for 1 or two and has fridge, hair dryer and working desk- all I need.

The aircon in my room was not really funcioning in full power, I put it to 66F and probably managed to cool to 74-75F. But that was ok with me, just a little higher than the optimal but still not bad.

Everything. Location location location! This was our fourth (and longest) stay at Windsor Inn. The location is excellent. Close to family in Miramar and still close to Downtown/SoBe/Wynwood hot spots, as well as Aventura. Plenty of shopping and dining. The Room Cafe has good breakfast and the woman who runs it was extremely sweet every time I went. Always looking forward to our return visit.

There’s nothing that I didn’t like except for leaving. Rooms could definitely be upgraded to match the new lobby but it doesn’t take anything any from the hotel. Everything was great.

Very comfortable beds, and clean carpeting in the room. I do not like these cold tile floors in hotels and this room had nice modern carpet that looked fairly new. Also nice touches like USB charges by the bedside tables and configured into lamps. Large screen Samsung TV with at least 1 HBO station which was nice clear picture. I loved the bathtub, and the staff was so friendly and helpful with early check in permitted along with a courtesy late check out. The Whole Foods market is literally right outside the back door along with a plaza across the street for Ross, Give and Below, TJ Maxx. Also all on the easy bus route outside the front door is the Bus 3 to Aventura Mall. Great area, safe, quiet, so peaceful was our stay that we stayed an extra day as it was raining on Sunday we didn't want to leave our room. Best stay so far in North Miami. We also took a bus to the Collins Avenue, South Beach area. This hotel is ideally near everything.

The cafe is closed since Pandemic but they offer grab n go bags with some quick snacks n drinks.

The rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. It was convenient with microwave and fridge. Plenty of restaurants and stores in walking distance. Pool area is nice. Overall it was a plenty experience and inexpensive. The motels in miami are generally not in nice neighborhoods. This is a great choice

Convenience of the coffee machine and the refrigerator. The tv was not working and as soon as I called the desk, within minutes the maintenance man was there to fix it. The service was very good.

Maybe check if the guest prefer decaf coffee or caffeinated coffee. This way, the guest do not need to keep asking for more coffee.

Location was great near FIU very clean pool was nice my only complaint was that when housekeeping removed used room service dishes etc it took days for f&b to collect. I finally went int the restaurant and asked to have the things on my floor picked up. When we returned later that day it had been taken care of

the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the place and the location

the only thing is that they didn’t have the restaurant open but we know that it was because of covid so is not really a bad point but worth to mention
