the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is very polite and friendly.

It’s almost impossible to use de pool as we wished. There is always something happening: 1) one day, there was a pool party, and all umbrellas and chairs were reserved. 2) There was a private party another day, and the pool was fully closed. 3) there was another pool party, and the pool was so full of people from outside the hotel that you could not even see the water.

Beautiful and adorable hotel. The rooms are *tiny*, but I knew what to expect going in. Nice double pool, and large bar (inside and outside). Friendly staff, very clean and well kept facilities. Great price, great area. Would definitely stay there again - perfect for a cheeky weekend.

Understanding that they're big on weekend pool parties, it's strange as a paying hotel guest to be kicked off all of the seating surrounding the pool at the stroke of 11:45AM on Saturdays and Sundays (daybeds are available for purchase however $$). Kindly they DO offer a pool seats at a partnering, less "party" hotel nearby. Still, it's a bit odd!

The staff were extremely kind and the pool and gym were fantastic. We used the bike rental system twice, it was brilliant and free of charge. The pool bar and hotel cafe were also great. Pio took care of us during our stay and he was the absolute best, so kind and helpful! The location of the hotel is also unbeatable.

The rooms were really small for the price we paid. We also needed to use a tumble dryer at one point and the hotel had no facilities available, not ideal in a place like Miami where tropical storms are a regular occurrence.

the room was nice but very small (the bed is against a wall). you aren’t allowed to sit on some of the pool beds (even on non- pool party days) unless you pay. it was raining one day and they wouldn’t even let us sit under the shelter! things like tea and coffee are so expensive so would recommend going elsewhere.

Hotel is well designed and the rooms are good value (quite small). Well located for the beach.

From Thursday most of the pool area is cordoned of for 'VIPs' on the weekend. Pool area staff are indifferent to the point of rudeness to hotel guests who aren't 'VIPs' (eg refusing to bring drinks and food out to non VIP areas, not being proactive in long wait times to get someone's attention, not explaining the weekend policy, and being cold/ surly). Prices are excessively jacked up at weekend (e.g. cheap rose that was $50 one day is $300 the next). It left a cold taste in my mouth. This may be a Miami thing though...

Great location within walking distance of where you would want to visit and close to public transport. Friendly and helpful staff (shout out Aure). Its the most instagrammable hotel ever, so beautiful and loads of lovely areas to sit. Also, really well priced.

There aren’t a lot of sun loungers for the hotel guests so when there is a pool party on (we stayed at the weekend and there was one every day) then we had to lie on the ground or pay for a cabana. You also can’t take a bag into the pool area which is a pain as you need to carry your sun cream, book etc. The food and drinks are also quite expensive.

Nice, clean and chic hotel, very close to beach, restaurants and bars. +you can rent bicycles from the hotel, the first 2 hours are for free +the design of the rooms, hotel restaurant and pool

-the hotel charged a 100$ deposit per day, even though the Management said that this info was available on FAQ sections, I think it should be better to emphasize it when somebody makes a reservation as I was aware about this only after check in. It was quite unpleasant to know that these deposit amount will be returned in 3 to 5 working days after check out.

A very cool place. Great styling, great design. I had a very nice (yet small) room with Ocean view. Love the pool area, great place to spend the day.

Friday and Saturday has very cool pool parties, which are also popular amongst non-hotel guests. But the prices for day beds and cabanas are crazy, even for the hotel guests they charge a fortune (to be consumed with food and drinks). Daybeds (fit 2 people) are about 350 US dollars, the cabanas for larger groups are about 650 US dollars. Due to some construction going on, reducing the available space in the pool area, there were hardly any normal sunchairs available (which are free of charge also at party times).

pool, bed was so comfortable and I liked all of the storage in the room to stay organized because it’s small, but I really liked the size and layout. also loved the decor and the staff was very friendly and helpful. also the nice and comfortable common areas, internet was super reliable for getting work done. loved the gym.

I wish there was somewhere to get free coffee or coffee that was a little more accessible - their set up for coffee now isn’t conducive to early risers and the line was always super long.

The hotel was a great lively party vibe hotel. It has a great feel to the Miami South Beach style and vibe and that's what we were looking for. The staff were accommodating and supportive and the food and drink was excellent. The rooms were tastefully furnished and the suite that we stayed in was very spacious. The pool was very comfortable and clean and the beach access was within 2 blocks and near by.

The hotel was missing the little things. You could tell it was a hotel run by nightclub owners rather than hotel operators. It is not a bad thing, but with the enhanced customer experience it would probably make the property much more attractive. Overall, we'd still come back and stay here.
