The run was nice and the location was good, is one block from the beach and near from restaurants and supermarket.
The staff was not helpful, the check-in take more than an hour and after 3pm they make us wait more than 30 min just to give us the key, others times when I need towels for the room or the beach they didn't have clean ones.

I liked the proximity to the beach, the comfortable beds, the kitchenette and washing/drying machine in the room.
My first impression was not great as I arrived at 2 am (made hotel aware of my late arrival at booking) and could not figure out how to get in the building and no one was answering the phone. I eventually found an unlocked gate on my own accord. I did not like the extremely limited cable channels available, the failure to enforce quiet hours (other guests blaring music outside my room until 2 am), and the extremely small beach towels provided.

The location is wonderful, half a block to a great little grocery store with prepared foods. Walking distance to many great restaurants and the beach. Great that the hotel lets you borrow beach towels. Very comfortable beds, and the kitchenette with a washing machine was exactly what we needed. I would definitely stay there again.
Because of covid there was no room service. We stayed for 6 nights, so things got dirty. The flooring was already a bit dirty when we got there. I would recommend having room service at least once or twice during a longer stay. Also, provide enough toilet paper for the number of guests and days so we don't have to keep asking for more. Overall though, I really enjoyed the place and would definitely book again.

Super close to a gorgeous beach and also walking distance to good restaurants and cafes. Also walkable to pharmacies and a supermarket. It was very useful to have the kitchen area to cook sometimes and the washing machine/ dryer was great (it just takes some getting used to). I liked the retro design of the courtyard, with the decorative lights on at night. Inside the room the design was nice. The pool was small but functional.
I think the computer systems at the front desk may have had issues because there were frequent lines to resolve things. But the staff was nice and did their best. Sometimes the other guests were loud and partied late. I wasn't expecting that in North Beach-as that was my expectation for South Beach. But I understand everyone has been cooped up for a year.

The bed was extremely comfortable especially with someone who has bad back. The front desk was very helpful. The location to the beach is literally 5 minute walk if even that long.
Hardly any parking. The man at the Front desk was hard to understand. The paid parking for 12hrs was only five dollars. The floors in the was dirty.

Literally 5 minute walk from the beach. The room was spacious, definitely for the two of us. Local minimart, CVS, Walgreens, also 5 minute walk. The property is definitely older but still well maintained.
Kitchenette was OK but could have been better stocked. Pans are abused and silverware was mismatched but all of it was DEFINITELY functional. Due to COVID, there was no housekeeping while the room is occupied but that is understandable.

Loved the 1 bedroom apt. Very comfortable bed. Very clean.
Stove top didn't work. Couches not comfy to watch a movie, etc. Could hear main street traffic easily.
