this property was not overcrowded, The staff was very helpful and professional and the multiple pool options we’re great and I especially liked the heated pool part. The whole vibe and design are definitely South Beach. The resort fees and taxes were reasonable for the accommodation. I would definitely go back very soon.
parking Options weren’t great… The nearest option is literally within the same block and they’ll charge you anywhere between $40 and $60 for overnight/per day. definitely something The property should emphasize a little bit more prior to allowing customers to book at their property for the posted rate..

Unfortunately, the only day I’ve been staying there, there was a power cut, so for a couple hours there was no electricity or hot water… not hotels fault but it spoiled the experience.

the location! the place is clean, updated, very comfortable and very nicely decorated.
there was a criminal altercation the second night of my stay outside of the hotel on the corner where the police had to intervene and it did not make me feel safe

If ur traveling with your LO, this hotel is a very good option in South Beach. We stayed at the one bedroom suite, so after our baby went to bed (her bedtime is usually at 6:30) we had the rest of the room to ourselves. The kitchen is very complete, so it was easy to prepare meals, cook etc. There's a CVS a block way, the beach is two blocks away, and also a block way there's a nice park where you can find other families with strollers. The Lincoln Road is within walking distance (less than 10 min). The area around the hotel is pretty modern and clean, a lot different from the Ocean Drive area, which is pretty busy and requiring urgent renovation. One last thing, the room is very quiet, even though the hotel is pretty busy.
Although the hotel is smoke free, people still smoke in their rooms. Just remember to put a towel against the door to prevent smoke from coming in.

I loved that my hotel room had a balcony to enjoy the Miami weather. Some of the staff were really friendly and nice and I loved the cafe/bar on site. The location is also perfect, super close to the beach and downtown.
The hotel was really busy when I checked in and I had to wait an hour and a half to check in and the guy at the front desk was kind of rude when I was asking whether it was time to check in yet, even though I had been waiting patiently for like 30 mins at a time and I saw other guests being checked in. Also the music from the bar is really loud but it does stop at midnight so it's not too bad.

It has three buildings and 2 pools. Happy hour on the weekends. Close to CVS.
Elevator did not work. Limited pool towels and pool seating availability. Some staff were not wearing masks.

Excellent location and facilities within the hotel complex. It is made up of three different buildings, so can be a little confusing. Thankfully we met a very nice guest who offered to show us around and explain the facilities!
When we arrived on Saturday 19th March at 9.30am, we have just came off our cruise ship. The gentleman on reception at this time was most unhelpful and not at all customer friendly. The only information he provided us with was that check-in was not until 3pm so come back then! He didn't tell us about the swimming pools, offer any information about food or drink available on site or suggest anything we could do until we could check-in to our room. Not welcoming at all.

They don’t do luggage storage which is a HUGE pain if you have the flight in the evening and just want to enjoy the beach for a couple of more hours. Honestly, it’s the first time that this happened to me…for the rest everything was good!
