Lovely clean rooms with really nice decor. Super clean bathroom as well and really nice shower! Le Labo products smelled amazing!! Furniture in the lobby and on the roof was very chic, and the overall vibe of the place was just so great. Super friendly staff too. One of my fave boutique hotels I've stayed in :) So worth the money! And Little Havana is amazing!

Only thing I could have possibly said was no fridge in the room (but we were in a smaller room) as well as no toilet brush.

The hotel and the room look very nice, well decorated with style and we find the "Latino" spirit which is great. We also liked the rooftop restaurant/bar. The services proposed through the AppleTV were great too (ask for a service, order something, discover the area, apps...). Hotel was very clean. Toiletries were amazing 😍

Some elements of the room were beautiful but not easy to use: the store was complicated, the shower was blocked on cold water (thankfully Miami weather was hot)... The room was also very small and noisy (parquet cracks + noise from the Terras bar all night long). Bed is very tiny. The location is a bit away from Calle Ocho main attraction and the neighborhood might feel not secure... No breakfast option provided, only free coffee but no food.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room, lobby and rooftop bar were all relaxing, comfortable and clean. The view from the rooftop bar was breathtaking. A convenient location for exploring Little Havana and downtown Miami, and free on-site parking was fantastic.

Located a couple of blocks from Calle Ocho in Little Havana, in a residential area - quiet location but felt a little unsafe for tourists after dark. No coffee machine or microwave in the room, but there is a self-service coffee bar in the lobby.

Walking from the street into Life house was amazing its smelt unbelievable inside and the perfect temperature the decor is also beautiful. It is a short walk into little Havana which was great, although in the heat we decided to get a taxi which was easy. The roof top bar is a must, the views of Miami are spectacular and the staff were so friendly and attentive. The decor int he rooms is old chic and the shower and Le Labo products to die for. Really was a great find this little hotel!

Nothing, everything was lovely down to the coffee served in reception in the morning.

The first thing we noticed was the signature fragrance as we walked in. It smelled lovely. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The room was a decent size for a smaller hotel and the linens and bathroom products were very good quality. The rooftop bar was lovely and really did have a view to travel for.

Being on the third floor, the music from the rooftop bar was loud enough to penetrate the room. So I needed earplugs. All fine with them in, though. Not being able to use the rooftop when it was closed to the general public was a pity, but the small outside space on the ground floor was comfortable enough.

This was a lovely little hotel, styled along the lines of the Soho House group, feeling like home from home. It had a very small lobby woth comfortable chairs, iced water on tap and a coffee machine. The bedrooms were beautifully furnished and beds were excellent. The bathrooms were spacious, pretty, light and had gorgeous products. The roof terrace was great, serving food and drinks from 4pm.

The bedrooms were tiny, and there was very little space to unpack or hang any clothes. The rooftop was only open from 4pm which was a shame, as it was the only outside space to sit. There were comfortable chairs in the lobby but it was also tiny and not a great place to hang around in.

I never got to stay at the property!! I came in 3 times to check on my reservation and my room was not available even at 3pm. We were so exhausted we found another hotel and I called your property at 6pm and was told I didn't have a reservation!! I told them who I spoke with then they mysteriously found the reservation and said the room was ready! 6pm!! 3 hours after check in. The area seems pretty scary looking but it was quiet for the few times I drove there to check on my reservations. If you stay here PLEASE CALL BEFORE YOU SHOW UP!!

Super stylish hotel, lovingly decorated with fantastic staff that were most helpful and welcoming! The interior is what stood out for me at the time of booking and it did not disappoint - what a fantastic little hotel and I can’t wait to visit the other ones. The location was convenient to reach downtown and the airport quickly, so overall very happy with my choice.

I stayed in the cozy king size for 2 nights as a solo traveller which worked out great but I think I would’ve struggled with the size of the room a little especially with another person and more luggage perhaps but this may not be an issue in other categories.

Location was excellent, very close to Little Havana (within 10min walk) but in a quieter part of town. The staff were very friendly and amenable. Bed was VERY comfortable and the shower was excellent.

As the “Terras” restaurant was due to be renovated the sister restaurants recommended were a long way from the hotel (South beach). Although, the room is listed as “Cozy” the room was very small - although incredibly comfortable. The one thing I can say would make this stay go from good to great is black out blinds/curtains. The current blinds let too much light in.

It was great bang for your buck. Neighbourhood is not the most beautiful, but the hotel is small and quaint. Staff is friendly, and it was a nice, decent stay. There is no fridge so don’t plan on saving leftovers for the next day. No iron in the room, but you could ask the staff and one will be dropped off. I genuinely enjoyed my stay here, and have 0 regrets. Also noise wasn’t an issue for us. A/c was a little loud, but non- disruptive and cooled properly. Cleanliness was also good, little dusty, but not dirty at all. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to stretch you dollar. It comfy if you just want to sleep in and also feel no regrets if you dont spend as much time in the hotel. I regret not trying the rooftop bar though :( looked fun:)
