Hyatt Place Tampa/Wesley Chapel

This hotel was great super clean Super friendly and helpful staff Place had just about everything you could want no indoor pool but the outdoor pool is beautiful breakfast in the morning it's got everything you need you can even take it back to your room or take the food on the road with you coffee was good and strong playset quite a few events going on which didn't interfere with Hotel guests places a real Gem !

I'm struggling to find something I didn't like maybe not long beach chairs were a little low and I'm over 6 feet tall and it kind of felt like school kid chairs that's the worst thing I could say. A great Hotel

The hotel was very clean and the staff was courteous. The location was great, right off the interstate and very close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

The only negative was the fire alarm went off early in the morning and they weren't sure why. We left early and didn't get breakfast because they didn't shut the alarm off and we needed to get on the road.

Breakfast was great especially the coffee.

That i wasn't informed at check in that you had to request at the front desk to have your room fully serviced other than just changing out the towels. stayed 6 days no linens changed.

Staff was exceptional. Very accommodating for a large group of friends and family. Possibly the nicest and most friendly staff i can remember. From desk to bar to pool staff. All were exceptional.

water pressure was low for showering.

Love the location of the hotel and it was kept clean by the staff. The staff was friendly with a great smile. Love the bed slept like a baby.

There's no microwave in the room for people who want that late night snack. People who are Diabetic need to eat late and people who aren't would like to heat up left over food the had bought from a meal they couldn't finish at a restaurant.

The price was amazing and the location was close to several restaurants and places to visit nearby.Breakfast was included in the price which was also a bonus.They also have a bar!

The bed was uncomfortable and the staff gave no acknowledgement of their guests not a hello,good morning,or anything unless you asked for help and then they were very generous with helping.

The entire facility was very clean. Everything from the lobby to the lounge to the breakfast area was neat, orderly and very fresh. The room itself was extremely comfortable. We felt at home after very long days of working.

lot's of traffic but that isn't something you control especially being so centrally located.

So close to retail shopping and things to do Many choices of restaurants too!!

Sunday morning leaving no signage or staff acknowledging specific traffic pattern was to be used to exit property Annoying but nothing that would prevent us from returning

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location, breakfast great Stay very pleasant

Didn’t like that my room had no microwave. Even though my booking details said a microwave was included with the room. Was told by staff that only suites come with a microwave in the room. Didn’t like that everyone else not in a suite shares 1 microwave. Please please work on this Hyatt or at least make changes to your marketing so that it is clear what is really in each room.

Breakfast was great! I had to bring our cavachon and we were given a room away from everyone which was great! I was hoping he wouldn’t bother anyone because he does bark for a bit when we leave the room without him.

The day we were to leave the road was closed. We only had to drive a couple of miles out of the way to get back to the highway.
