The townhouse was clean. it smelled good. The location was everything!!! close to old town and the busyness but if you drive the opposite way you are close to a more calm plaza with cool food spots! The water park was Fun. had a main pool, kids splash area, long lazy river, and bar. Also they have an arcade and kids activities happening every hour. There’s something for all ages.

I didn’t like that the enclosed patio was not the cleanest. There was crusted over leaves on the top making everything dusty and uncomfortable to sit under. Also they are doing construction and the detour directions were not the best. The twin mattresses were very hard as well.

beautiful property! I was blown away by the atmosphere and how friendly everyone is! the lazy river and heated pool was amazing! we stayed in the pools as much as we possibly could, the pools are even open at night! not too noisy and the activities are actually fun! the check in was simple and fast. no line at all when I arrived! I felt safe and will be coming back next year. the only con was the smelly carpet when walking into the rental. it smelled like old feet. I did a Walmart pickup for some air freshener and carpet freshener and that fixed the issue during our stay.

We come down to the area every couple of years and stay at this property each time, we love it’s close proximity to the area attractions as well as the on-resort amenities offered: mini golf, fitness center, pool, water park, hot tub, and activity center. We feel it is a great value to get a completely private townhouse with a full kitchen and laundry area for our family to stay and enjoy our vacation each time we come to Florida!

During our stay this trip, unfortunately our property did not have a dryer that worked well enough to do our laundry (it didnt seem to have been serviced recently, our clothes needed to go through multiple cycles to dry which was not efficient) and the dishwasher was not clean at all (it looked to have built up mold inside) so we had to wash all of our dishes after each meal by hand.

Loved the size of the rooms..... perfect for our Disney vacation. The kids loved the water park and all the activities of the resort.

Needed more towels in the room. They never picked up our garbage or cleaned our condo.

We found the staff at the resort exceptional to deal with...any questions or requests were responded to immediately with great customer service. The location of this resort is awesome...approx 15 min drive to the Disneyworld parks, and after a long, hot day walking we absolutely loved coming back to their incredible water park including a lazy river.

The condo itself was nice...it was spacious and was wonderful to have room to relax and cook rather than eating out every day. The kitchen and supplies (garbage bags, dishwasher soap) could be a little bit better stocked, and the condo could use a good cleaning and some general maintenance.

Hello, The rooms were very comfortable and well kept. The resort had a lot of things to do for adults and children alike.

The one thing l did not like was the check out time of 10:00 am. Most hotel check out times are 11:00 am.

for price it was wonderful

when we arrive in resort room, found couple live bugs. You had request several times to receive tissues and paper towels. it was partial roll left in room o extra. We end up going to purchase them ourselves

Staying at this property was definitely worth the money , so many amenities and friendly staff. warm lazy river and amazing hot tubs. Truly would return again.

only thing I can say is that I saw multiple roaches but wasn’t many .

Everything was great, home was awesome, clean, and comfy. Pools were great. Kids loved it

The only problem I had was the security lady around the pool area. I get that she has a job to do but I felt like there's too many rules at the pool. She would hover around and constantly nag about the bracelets. She would tell all the kids they couldn't jump in or my 2 yr old couldn't jump 2inches away from his dad in the water, I just felt like she had something to say to everyone for everything it's like you couldn't enjoy and just have fun. Oh and no little pool toys were allowed.
