the staff was the best part especially Steven. He had a great personality and was very welcoming. the was another employee that worked at night he was also extremely friendly and they both talked while checking us in and out.

the elevators need some maintenance. they made for an uneasy ride up and down with all the noise they made. at one time we thought they were about to stop midway the numbers weren’t moving and it was making an awful loud noise luckily this was the time we were checking out.

The staff at the front desk were EXCELLENT. Everyone I met was wonderful. I can't remember their names but the 3 ladies and 1 man were the BEST. Thanks everyone. The lady who set up the breakfast was very helpful. However, she did not have all her supplies. In today's world of food, etc. being available when ordered is fast disappearing. We are all having to wait for items to be on the shelves at grocery stores, etc. She was missing several of her usually available items, such as cereal. But she was very nice and pleasant. The maintenance man immediately fixed our toilet seat when I met him in the hallway on our floor and asked for assistance. Thanks.

This is an excellent hotel with a Manager who is a hard working, super friendly and accommodating person. The beds are comfy and breakfast outstanding. Very clean rooms and the parking was good. We had a really lovely stay.

I was sent an email from "someone" who stated they were from the hotel that said they could accomodate my request for attached rooms. When I checked in and learned that could not be possible, as the hotel was completely full for the night, I showed the Manager the email I received and learned that it DID NOT come from them. She informed me very straightforwardly, and I believed her, that it is the policy of her hotel that her name is ALWAYS signed at the bottom of every email and my email DID NOT have her signature. She indicated that she believed it came from booking.com and that they have had this "issue" in the past. I don't believe booking.com should be impersonating the staff of a hotel and committing to something that the hotel has not promised IN WRITING.

wonderful breakfast with a little bit of everything. love the infused water in the lobby. Location close to the triathlon race we were attending. Beds were comfortable. Temperature good. Exercise room small but workable.

This is the most we've ever paid for a one night hotel stay so my expectations were a bit higher than normal. It was amazing to me to find the refrigerator making noise, the shower dripping water; i.e. not as quiet as I would have liked.

Enthusiastically greeted by Tina and felt very well cared for. Seems another hotel had water problems so whole baseball teams were diverted at the last minute and accommodated. Everything went very smoothly .

There was a problem with the tub not draining, but didn't find out until morning of checkout, but Tina noted it in her records. Had to be careful of tracked in pool water in front of elevators.

I liked everything about this hotel. The location being minutes from the beach, the hot breakfast, the friendly staff and the cleanest of the facility

I didn't like that the TV remote wouldn't work on the menu, information or guide buttons. Although there was a guide channel, it didn't allow to see what the movie was about or control the ascending as it moved.

Everything was wonderful for our long weekend stay. Only my second time staying in a hotel for longer than 1 night since the start of the pandemic and everything was wonderful. The breakfast was different every day and there was always an attendant there to help serve food. I was traveling with my sister and we both usually prefer to just put out the do not disturb for the cleaning crew and just pick up after ourselves throughout our stays but it wasn’t even necessary this time and all we did was set our trash cans outside our door to be emptied one time when we were leaving to go to a museum halfway through our stay and when we came back two hours later they were already emptied. Sister thought beds were more on the firmer side but I thought they were very comfortable. The whole place felt very clean and welcoming and I would definitely stay there again as we have extended family in the area and have stayed at other hotels in the area that we haven’t stayed at more than once but would consider doing so at this location. Very conveniently located fairly close to the beach as well as a shopping center with a target and other stores if you forget something at home. Microwave and fridge very convenient also. Very satisfied, thanks.

Nice breakfast. Mattress was comfortable. Everything was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really loved the location; nice to see trees from your window!

Would love if they were able to have a gluten free bagel/bread available. Also the bedding is a bit hot for summer, maybe have a lighter blanket available during hot weather.

Everything was clean,the grounds were beautiful, staff extremely nice,shuttle to Mayo was a big plus ,driver was super informative and courteous.Hot breakfast was great.

We had wanted a king and thought that was what we got but was told they over booked. We got a handicapped access room which was fine, but the beds were like bricks. Neither of us slept very good at all.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The tub was clean and had no issues using the shower or the stopper in the tub! The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

The room was a little dated and could use a remodel. There was some peeling of one of the moldings at the bottom of the wall. It was completely off the wall in one section.
