We arrived mid-afternoon and our rooms were ready as promised. Upon entering the lobby, fresh popcorn hits you like being at the movies or a ballpark. Great after a 2 hour drive. We checked in, grabbed popcorn and a soda, and found our rooms. They were so clean, smelled fresh, and very comfortable. The evening kick back service provided a nice break with snacks and beverages including a really good hot dog and one of the best brown ales I have had in a while. Rooms were quiet at night (only heard one emergency vehicle) and awoke to a fantastic breakfast buffet. Was not expecting the selection compared to other hotels and the quality is very comparable to most restuarants. Coffee could be a little stronger but I like mine unusually dark. Overall, we could not have been happier with our stay. Great job.

Only negative was the ice machine on our floor was broken, but that can slide since I need to walk a little extra any way at my age.

There is a lot included with the price. A hot breakfast buffet with waffles, also plenty of continental breakfast choices. There is also a light dinner buffet. Did not eat dinner, rather check out area restaurants. Each guest also gets three complimentary alcoholic drinks each night. There is also a soda fountain and popcorn. The pool and hot tub area was well kept and clean. Will definitely stay here a gain!

the room had a slight stale, cigarette sort of smell when we first walked in. After lowering the A/C a bit the smell wasn't noticeable any longer.

Always very clean and VERY friendly. We always stay there when we have to be at Shands Hospital. The dinner in the evening is a huge help for those who are there for medical purposes

My biggest complaint would be that there should be a set rate for those who are there for medical reasons, regardless of events going on. I know making money is the goal, but, the stress of the medical reason you are there and the costs you are enduring, it would be nice to know there is someone on your side.

Beds and pillows were VERY comfortable. Free breakfast and kickback food and bevis were great. Staff was friendly and helpful. VERY pleased! -- Also impressed with music in lounge area. Calming mix of genres/music. Our accommodations were extremely pleasant bookends to hectic days spent in the area. THANK YOU to Cass and her capable and AMAZING team!!

Would be great if there were 2 bathroom sinks and if the room had non-bed seating for 2.

Clean room, great staff

I don’t think the $399.99 room rate was worth the money, that room rate was due to the football game that weekend. We were at the hotel to visit with our daughter and family not for the game. For the price your electric cost were the same, the staff paid the same, water cost the same, food cost same and was the same food as always, I believe it was your greed to hike up the cost of the room due to a football game! We always choose your hotel when we visit from South Carolina, we were very disappointed with the price, but we will be back in November

The room was comfortable for my husband and I along with our 2 grandchildren. We loved the pool! Part of it was shaded so you could get out of the sun if needed. The breakfast was incredible! We didn’t participate in the evening food, but thought it was awesome they offered it. All of the staff were so friendly- from the front desk to the young men helping keep breakfast supplies running smoothly! We had a great time at the hotel!

Clean, beds were very comfortable, smelled good NOT musky like some hotels, bathroom clean, shower curtain was new but needed to be ironed ( no biggie) Housekeeping lady was very nice to us. With having breakfast and a dinner pre-game, they timed it right for us to get to the game, we do not get upset about the price increase on game weekend because of the food offered so we do not have to fight a crowd before the game.

I loved the great customer service, complimentary breakfast, dinner and cocktails.

I think the hotel should not allow guest to come to breakfast or dinner in pajamas, bonnets or with their underwear showing. Also, no pets should be allowed around the food. A couple carried their dog to the dinner and breakfast bar, that was unsanitary and many guests left the area and did not eat because of that. This made the whole experience at the hotel a terrible one. I can not stay at nor recommend a place that will allow such unacceptable practices at there establishments.

Parking was adequate, hotel was clean, room was clean and comfortable, and staff professional.

Upon arrival being tired and wanting to check in front door is disabled to stop entry. I attempted to pull open door and it was opened. Staff at desk stated there is a sign. That may be but upon arrival to door it was not readily apparent.

I enjoyed the breakfast. It was delicious and well worth the stay. Other hotels were within the same price range but the breakfast and dinner was not included. The beds were very comfortable. And the room was very clean.

I didn't like all of pets everywhere. I am afraid of dogs for personal reasons. I understand people have to take their animals with them sometimes. But, with all of the dogs around, I may stay at a different hotel next time even if I have to pay for my breakfast and lunch.
