The room was so clean, you could smell the cleanliness. I would recommend the housekeeping attendant to the 4 star hotels such as the Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt etc. I would return just for the cleanliness!!!!

Internet went in and out, but that was expected due to the weather in the area.

The hotel was right on the beach and at this location you could even drive your car down on the beach. My kids had so much fun here. they loved every moment. The Older cleaning lady was just amazing I really wish she wore a name tag. She came everyone day almost to make sure we had everything we needed trash taken out and clean towels for a family of 14! She went above and beyond. So we made sure to leave the villa spotless so she didn’t have to clean it after we left other than changing bedding and dirty towels we had. I wish they had a larger fridge or stove in this 4 bedroom villa! for families that stay for extended periods of time like we did. but we made sure to bring cooking items incase we needed them.

we had to wait almost 4.5-5 hours after our promised check in time because our room wasn’t cleaned on time. In that time my family turned into lobsters at the beach because we had no access to our room to unpack the truck to find our sunscreen. we had drove 24 hours straight to get to your location. we kept checking in with the person working the front desk and they kept extending the time out. it was very frustrating all of us just wanted to unload our 3cars and get settled in and showered from the beach and sand.

The jacuzzi in the room was great, the view was great. Loved it. Mike at front desk was cool checking us in as well.

I liked everything

Room decent size, clean and overlooked ocean. Convenient to travel to and room was easy to get to in terms of steps, etc. Shower area clean and neat, towels great. Suprised that bed was so comfortable. Nice. Parking convenient.

Only thing was sand on floor....just a little bit... we couldn't get rid of totally. Other than that all good. Coffee wasn't great, but okay for in room coffee. Could have used some tea.

I loved the breezy at night on the patio...the heated pool....the beach is very close so I don't have to walk far or through a lot of tough sand..and where you can drive on the beach is right next to the hotel ❗

My and my husband spent our honeymoon here in 2019 in the jacuzzi suite...it was amazing...this was our second time and we.got a.king bedroom which was still great ..it sits right on the beach ..the pool stay heated so it's very comfortable...I love it ..it's the only hotel we stay in when we go to Daytona..the manager is very nice NEVER RUDE ..the rooms are very clean .. and they prices.are.very reasonable.....we have become regulars 🤷🏿‍♀️❤️

Location was within easy walking distance to different places to eat and purchase all you needed for the beach. Pool was nice. It had excellent long chairs to stretch your feet out, look at the ocean and lay on your back and chill. They even had hammocks. Rooms were very clean. Chambermaid was very friendly, efficient and helpful. African man who worked there went out of his way to help you in a problem situation Loved that you could go out your door and see the ocean. Good value for the money.

The front desk was not open 24 hours. If you misplaced your key or it failed to open the door, you were screwed. Laundry room was very cramped. You could barely walk around in it.

The people were extremely nice and very friendly and very helpful with anything we needed the hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable

The only downfall was that they had no pool due to the fact that they lost it in the hurricane other than that I wish they had a hand held for the shower everything else was excellent would definitely stay there again

We were accommodated with an early checkin. Location to the beach, and our venue.

The faucet was not secure to the counter, and the TV had a black line running down the center; Room 218. Office times delayed our checkout. The pool had been heavily damaged by a hurricane, so it ruined the view; not the hotel’s faults, just wasn’t expected from the Booking photos.

We arrived late due to not being able to stay at our booked hotel ( they didn’t respond or open up) the reception guy welcomed us, even after close. The room was great, the location fantastic

It’s such a shame that hurricane Ian has made so much damage ! Not the hotels fault at all - sad they are dealing with this !

The staff was wonderful. The beach was right there when you walked out of a courtside room. Very family like and was really quite and quaint. We will book there again for sure.

The pool was a little dirty looking and the stairs from the beach did not have a working water hose to wash sand off your feet. The parking lot was a little tight.
