The property was great rooms were clean and staff was warm welcoming helpful and inviting. The area itself was quite nice and reasonably distanced from different restaurants and activities. My best take away was how great the staff was.
My only gripe would be the limited lighting in room and honestly the ac didn’t function too great. Wouldn’t reach temp I needed and was not sufficient for room size.

Bibi the front desk clerk was nothing short of amazing. Our original reservation at another property was close by was overbooked and we were redirected to location, it was late and we were exhausted, Ms. Bibi made the check in process easy and she was extremely accommodating.

there needs to be deliberate consideration for vegans who do not eat any animal product. Even though I requested a vegan option and even made suggestions.
Breakfast. There was not even a plant base milk. People are opting to not eat animal product for health reasons. We had to purchase breakfast items outside the hotel.

Breakfast stopped at 10am; would have like to see it stay open until 11am. Please have access to guest for coffee all day in eating area.

This location is literally only 20 to 30 mins away from everything in Orlando. The location has great access to restaurants and needed stores such as Target and Walgreens.

Had carpeting. I prefer tile. Not a deal-breaker though.....
