Location and price were fine. Air conditioner worked great. Staff were all friendly and pleasant. Adequate parking and seemed like safe location. Well insulated and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and soft. We got to see a family of iguanas running across the lawn by the pool, something we don't get to see in Georgia. Breakfast was great.

No paper and pen in room desk. No ice water at breakfast buffet. Ice machine put of order on our floor. Pool water was oily and didn't feel clean and well filtered. Rooms could have had more light, or brighter lights for my aged father with eye trouble. Needed larger trash cans. Elevators were quite slow.

I liked the breakfast very much, coffee excellent, oatmeal good, the other selections was very good, I also like the yohurt selections, there certainly was lots of jelly, butter, coffee selections to choose from.

What I didn't like, I didn't ask for a walk-in shower, I didn't know if there was one in the hotel, next time I'll ask, also the toilet paper roll was a little far for me to reach when I was on the toilet, I managed.

Good Location, clean room, good wifi, a lot of parking places. I had a small problem with the invoice - but Mr Mike Paulino was very helpful and manage everything. Tnx

Breakfast: we stayed 8 nights...after 2-3 nights the same omlette can be boring ...no vegetables, no variety at all... a little imagination can be refreshing...after 3 days we buyed some food from publix, to improve the breakfast

This hotel was nice

One room I booked, the soap dish fell off the wall and my son hit his head. We were at a wedding and I got a call that his room was not extended for another night. I told them I would deal with it when we got back to the hotel. When I got back they claimed Booking did not notify them of the extra night. I showed them my email that had 2 rooms 4 people and 2 nights.

I stay here as often as I’m able. The cleanliness and room sizes are excellent. I was commenting to Marino (pardon the mistake in name if not correct. The main supervisor of maintenance crew while I was dealing with staffers) about how pleasant the hotel is and that if theres ever a problem, It gets corrected… no stress. I had an AC unit that wasn’t working and it couldn’t be fixed so I was moved across the hall in a very helpful way by the maintenance gentlemen who also arranged to get me the keys and cart for the move. Thank You guys

The gentleman at the front desk was nasty and curt. His interaction with the maintenance gents was uncomfortable and he treated them poorly simply for helping me. This is a petty and nasty coworker. I hope that he wont be able to ruin the good work of the rest of the staff again.

Location and accommodations were fine. Room was clean and orderly.

Some staff was friendly others would barely look at you. Ice machine was empty the first night. Security was a big issue. There were two pit bull dogs running the halls on the second floor with no owners to be found. No security, the individual from the front desk put them in the stairwell....not good!

AC in our room did not work properly n unfortunately I thought it may have been a property standard to “lock” the thermostat at a certain temp of 74…but once I asked about this they did move us right away which was a bit of a hassle having to pack up again but then again their goal was to make us comfortable which they did an excellent job of. Other than that only other small complaint was pillows were way too soft…again very minor

I loved the fact that we were a few minutes early but was allowed to check in and the room was extremely clean. Every staff member that we encountered from the front desk receptionist, to the staff that cleaned the rooms, to the food servers was so hospitable.

The price a little on the high end.

The suite was fantastic! So much room!

Two things: there was a crack in the long closet mirror, and the carpet below the air conditioner was wet. Went there to be safe from Hurricane Nicole, and rain was absolutely pelting that side. From what I observed, if there was a problem, the staff got professionals right away.

When we checked in, we were placed in a room that was not what we had requested and paid in advance for. We spoke to Jovanni, the employee that checked us in was very friendly and helped to the best of his ability. We did end up emailing a manager to either get into the correct room or get a credit for what we were not receiving. The manager quickly called back and offered us a larger room than what we originally requested as the hotel did not have what we needed and paid for. Michael, the manager was awesome!

Being placed in the wrong room and having to ask for it to be fixed or a refund be issued.
