Just a lovely stay. The room was incredible and the breakfast all though basic was very nice. the receptionist DSE was friendly helpful and just a delight (thank you DSE). I will definitely be coming back I can't say enough about how lovely the place is.
It was just everything and more that I wanted in fact it was perfect!

Staff was very nice and the hotel was clean.
master suite was too small. The door literally hit the bed. The pool is poorly situated, in the shade most of the day. no room service and the "Market" was a few shelves and and a mini fridge.

Good breakfast served daily with warm and cold choices, good coffee and fruit juices. Ample gated parking next to the building. Friendly staff.
While the immediate area surrounding hotel is very quiet, all major streets in the general area of Aventura Mall are marred by bumper-to-bumper traffic almost around the clock. Your patience and driving skills will be put to a test daily.

The facilities including our rooms were fantastic and the location can't be beat.
The WiFi could be much better. Speeds weren't where we needed them to be. Impossible to video call someone. Average is 5 mbps download which is extremely basic. I also marked my trip as being for work, but staff still decided to place a family with a loud baby just in front of my room.

It was a comfortable, clean, and modern room with a great layout and space. Their breakfast was phenomenal. I went to a conference across the street so it was very convenient.
It would have been great if the breakfast lasted longer.

I love this hotel. Always stay here. Great location. Confortable rooms. It is more expensive now than it used to be.
They have a new policy because of covid. They don’t clean your room the first 3 days and it’s nowhere mentioned before booking. I wish I knew before. They didn’t use to charge for parking; now they charge a 20 dollar fee per day. They didn’t use to charge you if you received a package, now they charge a 5 dollar fee per package per day.

There was no hot breakfast due to covid which was disappointing. There was coffee, cereal, muffins, danishes which is fine for some but I don’t eat things like that but I did cook my own breakfast On the stove in the room.
There were some other guests on my floor that were smoking marijuana which is fine but do it outside. It had the whole hall stinking. Nothing really wrong on the part of the hotel just other guests lack of respect for others.

We stayed at the 2 bed suite which is a very big room and exactly met our needs. It was hard to find such a big room in other hotels in the area.
Given that it was off season I think the room was a bit pricey.

Total experience was a 10/10. I’m allergic to feather pillows. A non-feather pillow in the closet would be nice. Cooking or cleaning odor in the room, but still and 8/10 for room environment. Would tell the designers to add an extra 6” to the shower - I was knocking my elbows washing my hair. Excellent value. Staying again next weekend.
