Service was exceptional. I loved the King room. The pillows were a little too soft but I'm just picky. The room was clean, plenty of towels, sanitized surfaces, and great light.
They need a proper sign. The sign on the building was hanging off and the wind threatened to blow it right down the street. They need a large, lit sign. I missed it a few times because there was nothing really saying what the building was. It was a guessing game from across the highway.

Staff did wonderful and were always helpful and polite on the phone. I had to merge 2 reservations I made through an internet travel site. They accommodated me perfectly even though it was there issue. Fridge and microwave in the room. I did have to request microwave as they are not replacing then as they die
Understandably prices were double normsl rates for the week do to a 4 day festival at dover.

That staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beds surprisingly comfortable.
The only thing we did not like is the pool was closed. We understand that these things happen but it was never mentioned online while booking the room. We was trying to get a place with a pool since my daughter was playing in a lax tournament so wanted a place for her to lay in the pool for a bit after the game.

Perfect location for the race track and allowed pets
After booking with booking.com and they told us are total price and after we leave I come to find out we were charged with a extra thing called lodging and state which made are room more. According to booking we should have had a final price but ended up being something else. So I suggest you keep copies of your bills to go back to.

Some updates needed... doors very heavy and hard to open and close properly. Vending/ice only on every other floor. Didn't like Direct TV service. But these things are minor.

Manager told me Wyndham purchased this hotel from Holiday Inn. Hotel looks run down. Will need an infusion of money for cosmetic upgrades. Shower plumbing an issue. Took a while to figure out the shower handle for hot water
