While we didn’t use it much the lobby was very welcoming. We lucked out and were placed on the first floor with a side door entrance/exit.

The shower was not designed very efficiently and the water often puddled outside the shower onto the floor - which could be very slippery. We just kept our used towels as a bath mat.

It was clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful and it didn't smell.

We were in an accessible room, but the bed was so high I couldn't get in or out of it without assistance from my husband, which meant I had to wake him him frequently. The bedding was nice, but it was very lightweight. It was typical of nearly every hotel we've stayed in in recent years, but I wish it had had one more blanket or a heavier one.

Reachable from the Denver Airport by shuttle to the neighboring Holiday Inn, and within walking distance of the convention center. The room was clean and comfortable with quiet HVAC, and the price was attractive.

Would have liked heartier breakfast option—scrambled eggs, perhaps. Also, coffee could be stronger. Not too many restaurant option nearby for pedestrians, but that wouldn't matter to most people.

Clean quiet good breakfast choices. Good prices comfortable beds. They were very helpful for my husband's handicapped needs.

Could have used more comfortable room chairs for Sitting in with out having to sit on the bed all the time.

Check in staff was helpful and polite. The dining area was closed off. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice surprise. We did not expect it to be available. First day there was good seating. Second day, seating was limited as the dining area was closed off. Location was a little challenging to find in the dark, but the hotel was big enough that it could be seen from a distance.

There was a leak in fresh water to the toilet. It was never mended, and weekend was not staff with someone to repair. Later, the toilet ran all day and all night. Staff over the weekend was not so polite or helpful. We had to use towels to sop up water, but were provided with extra towels. Signs of leaking water in the shower as well. Price we were promised when we checked in for an extra night was not honored when we checked out.

The access to I-25 is great. The rooms were quiet. Housekeeping does an excellent job of keeping the motel clean.

Access road was congested with semi trucks parked on road to 2 different motels.

It was super clean. I like everything except the breakfast (no meat). But nonetheless, I will still be giving this hotel 10 stars cause everything was perfect.

Breakfast got few choices and no meat.

Room size was large with couch and mini kitchen. Room was clean, towels were provided daily as needed. Located near the interstate and dining locations. It was easy to get into and out of the hotel.

Breakfast is very basic, but adequate.

The room does not have enough light. There is no light beside the one side of the bed so that person is not able to read before going to sleep.

Staff has went above an beyond. To help with my difficult situation. I am here while my brother is at the Hospital in Loveland. In the ICU

So far have nothing I dislike. The laundry room for guess could be a little cheaper.
