Check in was smooth and quick. Hotel room was clean and spacious. There were lots of restaurants and fast food around the area. Hotel is located in a quiet and safe area.
Hotel doors were locked after 10pm. Our room keys didn't work and no one was at the front door. We had to call the front desk person, who walked over from another building to open the door for us. Breakfast is not free.

just two things. the desk wasn’t installed correctly. it’s bolted in crooked. it drives me crazy. I tried to fix it, but didn’t have tools with me. the bill water temperature control in the shower is just bad. it has two spots with hot water. those spots are at either end of the levers travel. it’s really frustrating to have to try and figure out how to take a shower. if it weren’t for these things I would give a full 10 points.

It was a newer hotel and clean.
We had pre paid for breakfast but was charged again during our stay. It seems to be a common theme at this location. It just took more work on my end to dispute the charges.

They double charged me and when I asked they assured me it would be refunded. Now I try to call to get my second payment back and the phone hangs up on me

Quiet location, close to restaurants, clean rooms
Constantly had to look for front desk staff...breakfast staff uninterested and not well trained. The "restaurant" was more like a cafeteria, not inviting at all.
