The room was phenomenally clean, spacious, and well kept. The gymnasium was complete with everything my wife and I needed to workout. The food was expensive but prepared nicely. The concierge, Mr. Thurman, was an absolute delight to converse with. This gentleman and I talked multiple times and every time, it was like I had known him for years. He was extremely friendly, polite, and humorous. Ms. Angie in the restaurant was another delight. Her and my wife hit if off from day one and after I spoke with her, I understood. She was the same as Mr. Thurman. No matter how busy she was, she always had a smile on her face and a polite/nice thing to say. She was another breath of fresh air. The entire staff behind the reservation counter was the same, they were awesome. The pool was not available at this time due to the season. They had a laundry so that patrons could wash their clothes if needed. The location is great for getting around to different places.

Security could have been better. Although, I spoke to the security people and they were great people to talk to and very nice. My wife and I saw people of questionable intentions in the parking garage a few times and reported it. Didn't feel entirely safe in the parking structure. I heard gunfire all around the hotel every night I went out to smoke. The security personnel stated that the area was under gentrification and that rival gangs and drug dealers was fighting over little pockets of territory. So, be careful in that area at night.

Clean room, extremely comfortable bed, so I slept well. I checked in early for a writers conference, and my room was ready 90 minutes earlier than I expected, which was great. The staff were excellent: courteous, professional, and gracious, particularly the people who worked the conference’s large lunch and dinner gatherings.

One day I was there, the weather was beautiful, but there was no comfortable place to hang out outside the hotel and enjoy some fresh air and sunshine. Also, even though I was out of my room for the better part of the day, no one came to make the bed, replenish coffee and coffee mugs, and empty the trash.

staff welcomed and acquainted me upon arrival. She also helped me get the wifi set up on my phone. The room was very quiet, clean, and comfortable- with great travel toiletries:) I was able to order a nice dinner and breakfast from the hotel restaurant. I didn't use room service, but I was welcomed to use that service if preferred.

$50 taxi ride from the airport. Uber was a little cheaper on my return to the airport.

The rooms and overall hotel were beautiful and very clean. It presented even better then the pictures. The restaurant was a great option for breakfast and dinner. I also enjoyed a coffee from the coffee shop.

There was nothing to dislike about this property. It exceeded my expectations and was a very relaxing and comfortable hotel.

Staff was at the desk at 2 am instead of in the back area, and we were warmly greeted and quickly taken care of. She explained about the taxi button plus breakfast and gave us a menu to look at in our rooms. The room was very spacious, clean and had comfortable beds. It was great to have all the extra perks provided we needed, and special touched like the toilet paper end folds. It was quiet at night. I loved the Avocado Smash breakfast, which I'd never seen before, and the burrito was huge and excellent also.

I wish there was a way I could have typed in the taxi device of the time I wanted it to arrive. The desk people at night said it takes about 20 min for the taxi to arrive. I asked the morning gal how to type that in, so the taxi woyld be there in 30 min. She said the taxi men don't mind waiting a few minutes. I felt bad to hear that the raxi man had waited 25 min for us to be done 35 min later, because he had been close by when he got the order to come get us. So I had to give him a much larger tip.

Facility was very clean and organized. Completely EV charging station was available upon paid parking. Everything was well accommodated, I didn’t even have to ask hotel staff anything. Very very pleasant stay. Also many restaurants options available around a hotel.

we booked using booking.com though when we reached the hotel that night we found out they were completely booked. There were no other hotels available near by and the individual at front desk had already sent two others to another hotel (and assisted them with calling other locations). We had already driven 7hrs in Colorodo, coming from a national park. The gentleman had a room which was already cleaned and just needed to be checked off in the system, he decided to speak with the manager and walked us up for a final inspection and to ensure we were satisfied with the cleanliness and allowed us to check in at that time. Also gave us two free breakfast vouchers for the trouble, which wasn't their fault to begin with but we felt very appreciative to be able to sleep and to not have to drive around at 2am looking for a place to sleep...especially grateful we did not have to sleep in the car.

front desk Noor was not very pleasant. she charged $100 deposit without explaining anything. when I asked her for receipt didn’t really care and she kept staying it’s impossible for her to print off the receipt. it looks like she didn’t like her job very much. when checked out Front desk Sarah was very kind and pleasant. I was not going to give this hotel 9 but Sarah really made our day.

bed sheets were not very clean

spacious room and bathroom. great to have access to a rooftop pool and gym. staff were very friendly and helpful!

location isn’t amazing- lots of construction. work going on around and not close to amenities from what I saw. we were only there 1 day so it didn’t matter to us tho!
