Napa Valley Lodge

The included breakfast was beyond my expectations. The location was walking distance to fabulous restaurants. Yountville is a cute little town and worth a stay. Hotels are pricier than their experiential value in this location, though, and I think that's because of French Laundry and other fine dining within walking distance. Can't forget the staff... They were great! Friendly, attentive, you could tell they were doing their best to make your stay the best it could be.

The rooms and bed were comfy, spacious, but they could use a designer to come in and bring a "wow" factor. Some unique, upscale updates would make this a 5 star experience.

When I first visited Napa wine country I stayed here at Napa Vally Lodge. What an exciting, breath of fresh air it was then – located next to vines, California-style rooms, great staff, great amenities. This year was my Napa Vally 30th Anniversary Tour and the Lodge, unexpectedly, was even better. The ground floor king room looked onto a vineyard with a four-head water fountain in the near foreground. All of our needs were anticipated and staff was wonderful. THe only thing I could have wished for was to stay longer.

Time is too short. But, such is life.

outstanding property, very clean and classy without being too busy, all staff very friendly and knowledgeable and attentive, lovely welcome bag and wine in the room, view from room amazing, pool area very clean and great temperature in the pool and hot tub, attentive staff around the pool and at breakfast amazing location free parking which is great cookies and hot drink plus champagne on arrival is a great touch Great breakfast and bags taken to the room

My husband and I had an absolutely fabulous time. We stayed for two nights from Monday-Wednesday. The facility was lovely. Although we’re in the middle of an insane drought, the grounds we’re covered in flowing fountains, dark green ivy and beautiful trees. The courtyard has a heated pool, a huge hot tub, day beds, hammocks, private seating and cabanas. They had an attendant offer popsicles to all the guests every couple hours. He was also very prompt with drink and snack orders. We had a fountain attached to our private patio and it was absolute heaven. We are already planning our next visit.

The scenery is breathtaking! The accommodations are wonderful. They offer a breakfast with many different choices and lots of area to either sit indoors or outdoors. I highly recommend Napa Valley Lodge if you are looking for a peaceful get-a-way.

I would suggest that the pool and spa stay open during the summer months until 11:00 p.m., not 10:00 p.m. with the visitor's understanding that there is a noise restriction.

We were incredibly happy with our stay at Napa Valley Lodge! Great location in the middle of Napa Valley and walking distance to all the restaurants in Yountville. The grounds and pool area were beautiful, lots of communal areas to sit + enjoy the fire pits with some wine. The breakfast spread was amazing, we looked forward to it every morning. The staff was very helpful and pleasant, they also were able to accommodate our request to have our rooms next to one another. Overall a great stay, would definitely recommend!

Massive rooms and gorgeous pool area. Loved the view of the wine ranks from the room and breakfast area. The champagne breakfast was such a treat and the breakfast had everything you could possibly want. Short stroll into some amazing restaurants.

Note that it is very close to the road and you can hear traffic but this wasn’t an issue at all

Great room and bathroom. Would’ve liked a Tub and for fireplace to be easier to work. Service was excellent and continental breakfast was more like a mini buffet, perfect for wine tasting all day. Very peaceful, but still has great amenities. Location was really good. Weather was too hot to walk or bike, but otherwise would’ve been a very nice walk. Would recommend and would go back!

A little pricey the days I stayed. Normally pretty good deal

Great location, lovely pool area. Loved our room, even though it stated ‘no view’ we had a little terrace with side views of a vineyard and water features. Perfect for our honeymoon.

The only negative was the price.

The breakfast was beautifully arranged with a few gluten free options. Location was close to dining and wine tasting. Check in was super fast and easy.

Typical hotel eggs and watery oatmeal. Champagne for mimosas was junk, which was surprising since3 we were in Napa Valley. I thought my booking included a bathroom tub but we only had a shower.
