Customer service at checkin was quick and friendly. The room and bathroom were clean. The heater in the room worked well. Was located close to restaurants and fast food joints.
Parking is limited. Only one spot left when we came back after our concert. Not sure where we would have parked if that last spot had been taken. There were several trucks and cars that did not park correctly in the spot. I watched some poor fellow back his vehicle up very carefully into the spot because if he had pulled in head first, he would have never been able to get out his door because the jerk next to him was over the line.

I had the coffee. No comp breakfast. Staff is very friendly. Deposit is less than other hotels, and you get deposit once you check out. Price for rooms are second to none. The rooms are the cleanest I’ve seen. The beds are so comfy and clean. The bathrooms are big and very clean. Location is ideal. They have great hotel parking. I’ve stayed here 3 times already.

Our original room was missing a hair dryer but quickly resolved by switching bedroom. It's was well handed. There was a fridge and a microwave in the room, very convenient. Enough clean white towels to use. Just a quick fast trip of a Goodnight rest which provides.
Nothing much... the room was not throughly clean since there were someone hairs in the bathtub which can easy wash down.

The location is excellent , management went out of their way to make mt stay comfortable as they did last time. Location onLy about 1 mile from Bella Terra Stores , restaurants , and theaters . Extremely great value for money!

Very clean and quiet easy access to the elevator for your luggage large spacious rooms..
Very spacious and very clean staff was okay but could have been better I wanted to extend my stay one day but when I went downstairs to extend it they said they already booked it which is not cool if you have someone already occupying the room and did not ask them if they want to extend or not but other than not having a place to stay it was great the time I stayed 😎

It was super convenient for softball trip. Great location just down the street from the park.
I did not like when I checked in the stash try to get $100 cash deposit from me and told me I would receive it back when I checked out. I told him no way do you have my credit card for my deposit. He just laughed and said OK.

Exact location.l.needed at the time..am no charge for my motorhome..these managers Laugh at my.vad JOKES an give extra time for check.out. An.if check in is very late, THEY hold my room.an.no problems..kind clerks ..solve my.internet problems ..as best they can by changing my.room with one that internet works ..to make me.happy...it takes time to change a room.but.they do.it
Internet in room on tv or cable could be checked for working before check in..but.they changed my room.as fast as they could .an.these managers have impressed me with Their goof kind actions an helpful.all the time an place is camera surveillance everywhere an Is very safe ..not perfect.but 98 %.safe .

Excellent care for there customers.. i came into town for a funeral.. anything that could have gone wrong went wrong but the staff at this facilty went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable... there rooms were the cleanest i have ever had... they will be recommended and used again
