Motel 6-West Sacramento, CA

What I liked was that my room had a refrigerator and a microwave those are key essential pieces when you don't have those just wake up in the middle of night and eat something. I loved the staff so friendly so nice so polite eager to help just overall awesome. My dogs and I loved our room I don't think we've slept so good they didn't want to leave it was quiet no problems it was a great little walk that I took my dogs on I can't wait to go back I look forward to going back hopefully soon.

I was there the only thing that I didn't like would be the ventilation in the room the heater the AC unit it really doesn't circulate very well but that's not just at your hotel I mean that's in a lot of hotels so I end up bringing a fan or a heater with me just to help it out so it's not dingy or musky smelling or too hot or anything like that but that's the only thing I could say that I don't like

I love the way ur front desk clerk was with me . Very hospitable to me. She was on her job when I needed help. The room was very clean I enjoyed my stay there alot. Most times I stay at motel 6 the maids don't clean behind the beds toilets and other things but this motel 6 I will tell all my friends to stay there and the deposit it is very reasonable to pay...thanks again motel 6......

Nothing. Everything was 100% Great!!!!!!!

The woman at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating to us. We had an issue with our A/C unit in the room and without hesitation she allowed us to inspect several other rooms to find the one that we liked best and moved us right over. She even came up to the room and personally helped carry our luggage items.

Room was clean but not perfect. They had the air running for me when I got there. Air worked great and even froze me out when it was 100+ outside. Staff was very friendly and this location was close to my work. They have two ice machines which was good because it was over 100 degrees for my stay. Pool looked nice but I never used it.

There was some hair on the sheet tops and some burn marks on the toilet seat and on the tub. Sink area was missing some of its coating. Those were not a big deal to me but just something I noticed. Non smoking room but had a faint smell of smoke and the burn marks were the downfall but not too big of a deal.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I came down with a bad cold while t here and the staff - especially housekeeping - were helpful to me.

Some color in the room! I spenf five days staring at gray walls! Small, gray walls...

A splendid gentleman named Amar helped me. He was very polite with an upbeat, friendly attitude. Very respectful, helpful and patient, as I scrambled around trying to figure out my booking confirmation. I appreciate it the fact that you could still find suburb customer service at a motel.

a few cosmetic updates needed and misinformed when asking if there was a microwave…staff said no, but indeed there was! They should have known that when I checked in! I would have bought groceries instead of eating out! The air filter needs to be replaced!

I liked the fact that it was comfortable and room service everyday! Kudos to the housekeepers! Also u don't have to wait til 2pm or later to check in. That was definitely a PLUS!

There were a couple of things I didn't like. Too pricy for a basic four walls and a couple of beds. Towels were a bit too dingy. No complimentary anything. Not even a shampoo packet. especially did not like the fact that there were no mini fridges, microwaves or even a coffee pot. 😔

Everything was clean and was very close to where we were going to visit family.

My kids really wanted to go swimming but the pool was closed for cleaning. Weekends are usually busy for any kind of hotel/ motel everything should be cleaned and ready for service by the weekend.

I didn’t expect much going there since it had some bad reviews, but I actually liked the room I stayed in.

I hate the smell of weed and sometimes I’d smell it in the room since there were people smoking outside (I guess).
