Hampton Inn By Hilton Stockton, CA

The room was clean, shower was wonderful, breakfast was amazing. The young lady, Megan, who served the breakfast was phenomenal. Check in was smooth and the young man and lady were extremely friendly and helpful. Great recommendation for dinner, Fresh Slice Pizza, which is conveniently located across the street was so good. Highly recommend both hotel and pizza.

My husband was disappointed there was no bar soap in the bathroom. Wish there was a curtain or something to help block the light from streaming through into the room. There are shades, but light still streams in. Pillows are and go very flat, be nice if they had a couple pillow options. Maybe a fuller one for those that prefer more support.

The facility was clean and ambience was great for a short vacation. Front desk team was excellent. Responded timely to questions/concerns.

The lack of microwave in the room. Housekeeping need to remove dirty linen without being told. I had to call twice for this to be done.

The breakfast was excellent for complimentary meal. The cable tv wasn’t working in our room so I called the front desk and they moved us to a different room, no hassle involved. That was much appreciated because I had driven all day and just wanted to shower and relax and watch a little tv before bed. Great service.

It was pleasant, new and modern. It had a nice breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner. Worked good.

We had a hard time finding the entrance. It is not marked. Eventually we went under a wire at the fire entrance to get in. This will probably be fixed in the future since it’s a new building. 

The beds and bathroom were well-designed and we appreciated the barn door aesthetics. W stay at Hampton Inn's often and are accustomed to the breakfast offering.

We were not overly impacted but we passed the entrance by mistake. I know that as your hotel is completed the entrance will be more clearly defined.

Cleanliness and friendliness of staff.

Breakfast was not available at 6:30am on Sunday morning when we checked out, causing us to Purchase breakfast elsewhere. The entire reason we chose the Hampton was the convenience of breakfast which we didn’t get the opportunity to partake in

New and spiffy

With all the nearby construction, it was difficult to access the property not request. Strangely, there was a large Peloton exercise bike in the middle of the room. It ruined the vibe.

I don't get the room I booked The only problem I have everything else was perfect.

Staff was great. Very courteous at check in and very helpful.

Location. Didn't feel very safe when outside the property. No near-by places to eat or have dinner.

Newly built, so spotless. Staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was very poor- such a shame. New pool was not opened in time but staff gave us a discount for the inconvenience.
