The bed was comfortable. They offered free bicycles for daily use which is helpful since it costs money to park anywhere, even in the casino's lots. The lounge is also a nice place to hang out. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The lack of privacy for the showers. I understand some of the rooms are meant for couples, but it's still nice to have privacy when you're washing your butt. The smell of the hallway carpets are tolerable, but need to be replaced. More lighting is needed in the rooms especially at the vanity area.

The stay in Postmarc was wonderful for me. I spend there 1 week as a get away from overwhelming life routine. The Deluxe Spa King room was something i haven’t seen before! The hot tub for myself was something that i needed! The hotel also provides bicycles to have a better experience exploring the city. The staff was friendly and understanding. They serve coffee and tea in the morning near the register. The hotel is in a comfortable, convenient location. I definitely recommend this hotel to recharge from daily life! I would come back here again whenever i am in South Lake Tahoe!

If you are sensitive to noises, i would recommend ear plugs while sleeping- if a neighbor is having a midnight bath, you will hear it.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly and the room was comfortable. A bonus was the complimentary bikes - I used them a few times and was very useful and easy. I also liked the lawn area which had adirondack chairs, which was pleasant and partly shaded when I had some downtime.

There was not that much privacy - only the toilet itself was in a small room with a door (only room for the toilet, so not enough to get changed). The sink was out in the open and the shower/jacuzzi area had curtains but no walls. I would have preferred an entire closed off space between the bed and the bathroom and other facilities. However, it was manageable, just something to be aware of when you are booking - I am not sure if all rooms are like this or not.

The location was great. Red Hut for a good breakfast was just 2 or 3 doors away. Marina was a 5 min walk. Room was a good size. Bed was comfortable. Jacuzzi was huge. Microwave was a good size. Complimentary coffee before our 6:30 a.m. fishing trip was much appreciated. Free and easy parking. Front desk was always cheerful and helpful. Interesting mural on storage unit out back.

Door to the room stuck a little bit. It took a little time for the hot water to reach the shower, but it was fine after it heated up. We had to be careful of the step down from the bed area. Towel warmer would be a nice addition.

The location is great. Near a Whole Foods & Safeway & plenty of small restaurants to choose from including delicious Empanadas & Gelato at the marina down the block. Across the street from the Lake too. A nice grassy area between the buildings was also nice with a fire pit & lawn chairs. Love that there was a microwave and decent sized frig in the room. Liked that the toilet had its own room and could be used while someone could shower in the spa area.

The vanity setup is weird. If you sit at the table in the common area you’re looking at someone at the vanity/sink. The air conditioner was really loud. We heard the people above us talking and stomping around. I asked for a quiet room on the top floor but didn’t get that. They did honor my request to not be near the ice machine which I appreciated. No swimming pool.

In a very convenient location, near lots of things close to heavenly and the lake is within walking distance! The room was nice and spacious, and had plenty of hot water to fill the spa tub! We went for our honeymoon and stayed in the fireplace suite and had a great time! The bed was super comfy and the sheets/comforter kept us warm and were super soft, the bed feels firm but was comfy once sleeping. My husband lost his hat and they found it in our room as we were getting ready to head home and were super nice enough to search our room for it! The staff were nice and told us of things to do in Lake tahoe while there. Even told us about some places that give discounts just for staying at the postmarc! Will def be back next time we go to Tahoe!

Everything was up to par, only complaint I had was open showers, and the light above the shower in my room didn't work so it was dim in the corner where our shower was, kinda weird to have an open shower but nothing to be mad at!

The jet tub was huge. We could've had a party in it! The location was awesome, we used the complimentary bikes and rode all the nearby bike paths. Right next door at the ShedCat we had the best food we've had in all of Tahoe. It is away from the overcrowded casino hotels but walking distance to all of the entertainment. It definitely has a better atmosphere than the big hotels, homey and laid back, the nature side of Tahoe vibes.

There's no complimentary breakfast and every time we went for coffee in the morning they were out.

We were told the King suites (heart shaped tub w/fireplace) were the most updated rooms, so we paid extra & did consider it worth it. Very eye catching & cozy gas fire with the weather being in the 40s at night. We looked at the Hilton, Marriott, and other 2,3, & 4 star properties, and looking back, this possibly had the best value if you looked past the frivolities. Front desk personnel was amazing.

I don't know if elevators were available, but we did have to lug our bags up to the 2nd floor to the lovely room offered. Also, I wish the room had more accessible outlets. I had to unplug the nightstand lamp to plug in my phone.

The spa bath was a great way to unwind after a day of skiing, and the room was great for two. There was ample parking and it was easy to access many nearby businesses.

There were a few minor issues with fixtures in the room: the thermostat for the climate control was next to the outside wall, so it thought the room was much colder than it really was (the room got quite warm and we had to turn off the heat at night to fall asleep); the table in the room was very small; there was no drain cover in the sink; there was a large group nearby that made quite a bit of noise.

Good location everything is near, I was surprised how it was in the middle of almost everything, I hope it’s in front of it you can literally walk to it and McDonald’s is on the other side of the street and a lot more. The room was clean, even did a blue light test and everything looked clean no spots at all. This room is perfect for couples, wouldn’t recommend for families because the shower is in front of bed and only privacy you get is a curtain. The tub was perfect, no issues and fully working. I was scared the room was going to be horrible but it surprised me. Definitely would recommend

The door lock latch was broken, but the door lock did work, restroom was small but it’s all you need and yes it does have a door not like the shower.
