The staff, from the concierge, to the cleaning staff, to reservations were polite and helpful. Answering my questions, and providing things to make our stay a good one. The location was great as well. Having family in San Diego and Long Beach, having access to the highways was key. The picture in the site were exactly as it was.

Bathroom sink was finicky. Apparently you have to call the activities people & tell them your attending or they won't be there. And only one pool was available, the other was under construction.

Big swimming pool.There is 2 of them one smallest other biggest.2 hot tube .Pool hours till 11 pm which is super convenient. So you have plenty of time after sunset and even dusk go and enjoy your swimming pool and hot tube . Resort has full kitchen with all stuff you need plus bargeque .

The front desk lady Leysly who checked me in meet me with so serious, mad face expression that’s it’s make me feel that I arrived not to my favourite resort but police station.Other workers was extremely friendly)) resort to compare Best western hotel doesn’t have smoking spot which is problem for smokers . Hotel didn’t locate right on the beach to go to the beach you have to cross railroad by stairs which is waking distance like 2 min from hotel Train noise can hear

I like the fact that all the amenities were close to each other I like the fact that they had laundry room

I didn't like the jacuzzi was closed and they should have let us know the whole reason why I went to this hotel was for the jacuzzi to relax

The hotel is in front of the beach but to get there need cross street by bridge which is wasn’t mentioned in website The front desk lady leysly who checked me in was with so mad face all the time it makes first impression not good . It makes me little upset .Others front desk was super friendly.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom the location was perfect literally across the street from the beach. The 1 bedroom had a kitchen with everything you need refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee machine, blender, toaster, and a bbq in your patio. I brought plates and pans and didn't even need it because everything is there. The pool and jacuzzi was clean and beautiful. They have activities for families and kids. My 6 year old love going night swimming. We wanted to get away from the routine and just relax. This was the perfect place. We were able to visit the beach without being in a rush since it is across the street. We visited the pool 2 or 3 times daily. The staff called to check how we were doing. Everyone we seen while walking were so friendly and polite. I can go on and on. This is definitely our new favorite place to go on vacation.

The thing I would change is the bed and blankets. They are not comfortable. We ended up sleeping in the living room couch.

Well designed, clean and very comfortable. Great location.

The north wing that we stayed in did NOT have an elevator. We had a third floor room but changed to the first floor (two flights up). This is a long term condition with no end date for repair. Not good situation.

Not a criticism but to consider: there are 3 flights of stairs up and down to get to the beach across the rail tracks (trains are few and didn't disturb with closed doors). This might be an issue for reduced mobility people. Another thing is the whole town is a non smoking area, nothing to do with the resort but you'll have to drive to have a smoke.

Very friendly from the beginning, we were checked into a nice quiet room. Ocean view is a must, don't try to save a few dollars, it's the whole point of the place. Amazing balcony! Barbeque in every unit makes the balcony even better. Kitchen was well equipped, with everything possibly needed. Extremely spacious (esp. for a studio!). Excellent covid protocols, with a lot of things still on such as pools, bikes, etc. Excellent wifi connection, two people worked remotely holding video calls from the furthest corner. The location is perfect for a quiet get away, beach is fantastic any time a day, sun sets are amazing, nice walks on the beach. Grocery shops and drug stores in less than 5 min drive. Good and easy free parking btw!

Fast, friendly, fulfilling service from staff.

Being the guest who slept in the living room, It was an inconvenience to have to enter a bedroom to get to a second bathroom.

Place was nice and clean, the view was nice

For the price I could of rented a house on Airbnb, at these prices I could of done better.

Is absolutely beautiful the staff was wonderful we had waited over two years to get a reservation it was beautiful Amy even got to make mermaid necklaces

I didn't like it when we had to leave we wish you would have booked them for more than one night and we'll be going back
