The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast that they offered was satisfying.

The sheets on the bed were way too small and barely fit. The water pressure in the shower is pretty weak. Also, when you have the breakfast set-up and ready to go, and people are waiting outside just before 6AM, it would be nice to open it a bit earlier. The previous week they accommodated our work crew, and it really made for a better day.

very clean and new. Great breakfast. Comfortable room with a modern feel. Great location right off the highway.

parking with my trailer was a bit limited. I had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter and check me in, I think the single staff person was trying to help another guest. But he did not acknowledge my long wait, which felt a little frustrating. This is probably a one-off experience that will not affect other guests.

it was a new hotel so everything was very clean and modern. rooms were comfortable. breakfast that was included is such a great touch and worth it!

I didn’t like that there seemed to be no security staff at night overlooking the property. especially with limited parking and being right next to a gas station I was concerned about my car.

What we enjoyed most was the employees. Corey was especially fun to talk with and very helpful! We actually extended our stay a few times just because we were so comfortable there. The breakfast was loved by my kids mostly, who looked forward to it every morning. Our family really had fun and would love to return soon.

The only negative was that the pool and hot tub wasn't all set up during our stay. They were in the process of getting it refilled and cleaned. That was just based on timing though so no biggie.

The property was decent just as describe with all the necessities. Breakfast is 10/10 and the staff very polite and friendly.

When I arrive to my room the floor didn’t meet my expectations. it seem like they forgot to sweep I would say 7/10 because it was just by the entrance and closet area. Also the shower area had dirt but I was able to rinse it without being disgusted.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was excellent. We really liked the room and bathroom.

The biggest problem was this very loud hum all the time - it was extremely annoying. Not sure if this is unique to the 4th floor. Elevator doors close very, very fast.

Breakfast on 1st morning was great, potatoes w/ peppers, turkey saugage, pancakes.

Day 2 breakfast not as good. Inconsistent selection. Problem with AC unit noise 1st night, 2nd day different room- some bathroom lighting not working.

Booked through booking dot com and instead of paying with cash when i arrived i was forced to use a credit card which i didnt want to do! I booked 8 rooms for family memebers and the same thing happened to each and every one of them. They had to use a credit card. The receptionist was rude and not willing to help in any way. The manager helped but we still had to all Use credit cards!! Rediculous!! Ruined my mood... we were all in town to bury my grandmother who died of covid 19... this was the last thing we needed to deal With!
