Conveniently located in the heart of the city, we couldn't have asked for a more comfortable stay. The hotel is well maintained and well managed. The manager and his wife go out of their way to make sure that the guests have a pleasant stay. They serve a wholesome breakfast with a wide variety of options. My baby is picky, and the manager's wife went out of her way to specially cook something that he enjoyed. We couldn't find the TV remote, and the manager immediately got us a new one. Would strongly recommend this place for the comfort, hospitality and location, specially at the price compared to most places in the area.

Awesome hot breakfast buffet included!!! It had eggs, bacon, country potatoes with sausage in them, a make-your-own waffle station, pastries, cereal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, juice, and all included with your stay!! Also, the location was great, plenty of parking, super nice lady at the front desk, a little store at front desk for snacks, and last but not least, a beautiful, huge, hot tub! With towels for hot tub use! I loved this stay and wish that I could have a stay like this wherever I go. Bed comfortable also, and gave 4 pillows per bed instead of 2. ✔️

The breakfast was over the top! The room was wonderful with awesome additions of a refrigerator and microwave. One slight problem the refrigerator froze everything. The location is excellent, just a short drive, or the option of the bus stop across the street to the ski resort. The hot tub was enjoyable, after skiing and it was never crowded. The underground parking was an added bonus; no shoveling of snow required.

Leaving, I really enjoyed my stay! I look forward to returning!

The Quality Inn was fine. The room had been updated and was comfortable. It was odd that the new floor flexed and sagged in a certain spot and they didn't fix it. The shower enclosure was peeling and needs to be refinished again, and they didn't fix a simple thing like the door knob into the toilet area. Staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. They really provided great customer service. Breakfast was a nice touch.

Fix the little broken things in every room.

Decent all around experience and no major complaints. The breakfast was better than expected, including hot options like eggs and bacon, and organic yogurts and peanut butter. I only stayed for one night, but the room worked out well.

The parking lot was pretty full when we arrived and we got the last spot. I didn't see any other parking options, which would have been a problem. The room was more expensive than anticipated, though still one of the cheaper options in Mammoth.

Like the location. Like the breakfast that has eggs and sausage. More than just a continental breakfast.

There never seems to be enough luggage carts. Maybe it will help to have a couple more? Not much the hotel can do about it but when the snow melts after a big storm the entrance to the parking garage becomes flooded. If you parked near the entrance you have to wade thru the water (very wet feet) to get into your car.

Excellent covered parking garage with elevator! Walking distance to many businesses. LARGE indoor hot tub (although we never used it). Hot coffee and cookies available upon check-in. HUGE room, with very comfortable bed with extra pillows!

Hot breakfast was nearly gone by 7:am.....and by 8:am, still the same.....

The main highlight was the big jacuzzi. However, the water was yellowish. Does this mean it was not clean? The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. This was another highlight.

The facilities were old, tired, worn, and needed to be upgraded and redone. The sink was cracked, bathtub cracked, rug stained, etc

Welcoming staff, good access to restaurants and pretty area. Room was very clean. This is a very popular area. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Be aware there are bears nearby. Wasn't an issue for us. We live where there is lots of wildlife. Glad that they informed us though. If you had kids or pets along you definitely would appreciate the heads up!

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Each day towels, soap replaced. Bed was made and trash emptied. Towels were soft.

The rooms do not have AC, instead, you have a portable fan. Not really a problem for us, as we like the fan noise for our white noise. The toilet and bath room is very small. In opening the door, you have 2 inches of clearance from the toilet to the door. The handle for the tub water was very loose. Not sure if it was the correct replacement handle. Vanity area was ok, sink faucet leaked. The facility in general looked dated, compared to other locations we stayed at on our trip . TV was small and dated.
