Great location. Free parking a plus. Wonderful people that work at this location.

Room 220 was not the best room for sure. But that was the only choice they told me they were fully booked so we made it work for us. Right across from the elevator. Carpet could use replacing and maybe repainting would help the room not look so worn. We have stayed before so its hit and miss.

Comfortable little basic hotel, very friendly staff. If you are looking for a simple place to stay in LA, this is it. The price is OK compared to the overall high prices in LA. Neighborhood is pretty clean and seems safe, very nice restaurants are just a few minutes on foot away. I can recommend this hotel an we'll be back!

King bed super comfy. Room ambient hall/street/adjacent room noise was minimal (I was away from the Beverly Blvd side!). Free parking. Although with a small SUV the entrance/exit driveway to the underground parking is VERY tight with not much wiggle room. Nicely lighted lot though for late arrivals/early departures. Safe area. Staff are helpful. I always have to leave prior to breakfast. They do provide coffee for the road though.

Every stay I've been (3+) the batteries in the TV remote are dead and require staff to come to replace. They're super helpful in coming to replace them, but I'm sure have other things to do at the reception desk!

Joanna....Cristy...Leo....and the cleaning lady the supervisor one...have been more then consistent...they all have helped me in any situation you can have at a hotel. I got my room cleaned when asked. Their is parking for all size cars...Underneath garage...back lot parking in alley that accommodate all big trucks or work trucks etc...Their is also a side parking for exceptionally large vehicles.I appreciate their covid pre caution n extra cleanliness. I always loved going in room after a day of being out n come back to a fresh clean room. I love the way they make sure I had enough towels etc..Their is no reason as to why anyone should complain. I just don't know what they failed me on ? Hmmmm.....can't think of none. I highly recommend the Sure Stay . I don't just say this to say it..I say it because I know that money is not easy to earn these days n their price has never wavered far from the average prices..They never allow any pet smells..any trash just left outside. Never loud in morning. They don't knock on doors for unnecessary questions...they'll wait til ur up and at em..They have breakfast mornings. They got hygiene that are actually brands we know..their towels are bright white n so important to me!! I like that the staff don't look at you like ur below if ur of color or gender preferences. Not once did I see that...in fact the hiring here is a mixture of color n gender etc.. I believe with their manager I believe is why the place runs smooth n consistent in how its operated. I've seen their manager do work that is not maintenance but if he wasn't their, I'd see their manager do it..My brother and I would notice that she was above n beyond in her job des

That the soda machine never works and when the soda man comes it still isn't fixed n its been months off n on that I've tried using it.....The garage needs rubber on side walls due to narrow exit is hard for big cars.

The location was good. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy

The walls are super thin I could hear everything that was going on in the other rooms. The water pressure in the bath tub was low. The breakfast (included) had only carbs and sugar not a single fruit/veggie or proteins

Thanks for having me, breakfast could use some work ha while some of the other staff weren't as friendly as Francisco, albeit be sets a very high benchmark!

Very nice people run this place. I liked the room we picked, it was the family room. Free on site parking was a reason I chose to book here and that was so nice to be able to have somewhere for us both to park after work.

Bed was too hard for me. He liked it just fine! Can't please everyone.

Loved the breakfast, very simple but good selection. The room was comfortable, simple. I had some issues with the TV and they made sure to relocate me in a room where the TV worked. The location was excellent, in walking distance of LACMA, CBS studios and the Grove.

I would have preferred if the usage of masks was enforced more. I made sure to wear my mask at all time, however other guests did not, nor did some of the staff.

The Breakfast is best because I always get waffles and yogurt for breakfast when I stay at one of these Best Western Hotels.

The Paid Wi-fi because I don't use wi-fi and instead I watch Television before bedtime and in the morning. Also I never heard of a wi-fi.

Property is in a good part of town. Very friendly and competent staff. On-site and secure parking.

The hotel is compact. This includes an underground parking structure that could be difficult to navigate for large sedans,SUV’s, and trucks. Rooms are also small.
