Staff and cleaning standards were excellent. Brilliant location for airport but slightly further out if you want to go explore other areas due to extra time added on journeys for traffic.

Room and bathroom were spacious and recently fitted out with large beds, fridge and large TV. Good location for main freeways to LAX, Universal, Magic Mountain and Downtown - also 15 minute walk to Metro C although probably not advisable in the dark. Free coffe and chocolate drinks etc in reception and staff were always on hand to help. Small convenience store across the road if need more than snacks/drinks from vending machines. Good free wifi.

If being picky, thin windows dont block out all the noise from the outside road so an odd numbered room at the back would help if a light sleeper. Small gap under room door lets in noise from other guests walking down the corridor at night (wooden/cork corridor floor is noisey) but bath mat stuffed in gap helps to block out and aide sleep - may just have been unlucky. No food outlets within a short walk- car required.

It was in a calm location. There was not that much noise at night, neither from guests or vehicles. It was easy to rest in the rooms. There was plenty of parking space available. They have 3 drink dispenser machines in the lobby you could get drinks in. Two for drinks like coffee and one for sparkling water with juice flavors. They have a microwave in the first floor too, in case you need it. We were in the second floor and they had two vending machines one for drinks and another one with chips, candy, cookies and cup ramen.

There weren’t that many eating places within walking distance.

This is amazing value for the money. The rooms were remodeled, very nice and snazzy. We had a really nice view of the pool on the 1st floor. Rooms are huge, furniture is beautiful, and the bathroom was nice.

The lobby is not great and the bulletproof glass is kinda off-putting, but safety first! The tile flooring in the room is kind of an odd choice, but it seems to be that LVT material and it feels warm and you could tell it was very clean, so it was ok, although stylistically they should have chosen the wood looking tiles like in the bathroom. The location was meh, kinda away from everything, not a horrible neighborhood but not nice. There was parking but I wish the parking would have been gated, it would have added a layer of security, because we were worried about our car at night.

i liked the location of the Hotel, one of the staff called NAS she is a very nice helpful Lady very responsive. and the size of the rooms are Wonderful

a receptionist Lady the moment i checked in I forgot her name actually! i was shocked how she is a receptionist!! the Noise in the Beginning of the stay because i was in the 1st floor it was very noisy ! because it was close to the reception! but after the first 2 nights i moved to 3rd Floor it was very quite ! when i was in the 1st floor i could her the upper floors steps very clear and all the discussions came from the upper room or the room beside me ! i think they have to do alot for the walls and floors isolation !! but again when i moved to 3rd floor i didn’t have anything wrong !

The room was decorated nicely. The picture is accurate.

All the things in my comments about what it doesn't have going for it. No microwave in the room, no broom to sweep the tile floor, no clock, no mag mirror, small trash cans, horrible cable, no iron, no latch lock, you can hear Inside others rooms when walking past. Very small elevator.

Bed , shower were excellent. Pool was nice and clean Coffee and water machine was welcoming

Pillows were awful and there needs to be more of them! A/c was dirty ! Need more hangers Random peeps park in there lot at nite under windows and drink smoke and play loud music keeping people awake! 10$ a nite to park is insane! Need continental breakfast Trying to get in or out of the parkin lot was a nitemare!

The room the peace an quiet the cleanness just everything about to room was amazing.

The staff didn't want to give me a knew parking pass called the phone 9:59 pm to move my vehicle when the night before they let me park right there because all the parking was taking up, I don't like that the staff waiting all these hours to say something about the vehicle I was in my room all day an could of call way earlier at a decent time. Plus the staff made it seem like I was nothing her so much about the paperwork she told me I'm very busy I know they are but I have to get the correct receipt and parking paper. Just if the staff could work on there manners be more politely and understanding.

lots of parking, friendly staff, NOT carpet floors, lots of counter space

the water pressure in the shower was super high so it was going everywhere, drenched the whole floor and made the whole bathroom floor pretty much wet, ALSO NO BATHROOM DOOR. it was a sliding door between the closet and the bathroom. no lock and would roll open, we had to use a hanger to jam the sliding door closed . but smells and noises come out from the bathroom when someone uses it because it wasn’t a real door

Very cost effective hotel and we’ve loved staying here! Room was clean and large enough for a family visit. They had two microwave machines at the ground level next to the elevator and so convenient to cook some quick meals. Coffee and water (plain/sparkling with various flavor mix option) which was offered at free of charge from the lobby was also very competitive feature of this hotel! Delicious! Parking fee was also very cheap compared to other places ($10/day).
