Our room was very clean, as soon as we entered we noticed how fresh it was. Upon my arrival in LA I was worried about the safety of our hotel but it felt very secure, quiet, and the neighborhood is nice too. I wish I would’ve had more time to walk around the neighborhood and explore. There was also some restaurants within walking distance and an area in front of the hotel for taxi pickup that was easy and convenient

We liked how close it is to my surgeons office and Cedars. There was parking, an elevator and they have a luggage rack in the lobby. It smells clean and looks clean. All of the staff that we met during our three stays were beyond nice and professional. If you stay here ask for a 4th level room because it is much more quiet. The rooms have a mini fridge and small coffee set up. The bathrooms also have exhaust fans which is nice.
The parking is a bit tight but we have a smaller vehicle so it was alright. The a/c and heater both worked fine in our rooms but one of the rooms had a loud vibrating noise when it was on. The beds need to be changed out really bad. The beds have giant sink holes where each person sleeps. Not too good for people especially if you are having spinal surgery near by and need to stay a few nights. The lamps next to the bed were extremely dirty in all the rooms we stayed in. They have some sort of sticky, oily, dusty build up on them. The noises from the floor above us was very loud. You can hear everything, even the toilet flush. I think its an issue at all multi level inns and hotels but this was pretty noisy.

Location was good for what we needed. Had basics covered for what we needed as well.
Staff was a bit put off when asked questions. Ran out of coffee pods for a day and the lack of any food options other than vending machines at the hotel was a bit challenging but may restaurants were in walking distance.

The location was perfect if you have a car since it is in the center of LA's best touristy areas. The room was a good size and the staff were very friendly.
The aircon was a bit loud and the when the shower is on the sound is very high.

I initially booked this hotel because the photos caught my eye. This is a great place to take fun pictures because of the colors and backgrounds. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. It was very close to shopping centers and the daily price for parking was very cheap compared to other hotels! The staff is also very friendly.
The only complaint I did have was I did not like is that the worker who initially checked us in accidentally booked us a day short so our keys stopped working and we were locked out of our room. That was easily fixed by another employee but it was a little inconvenient. Besides that, everything was great.

Nice staff, great location for me, spacious, comfortable rooms,
some of the furniture was a little old and thus falling apart everytime the neighobors used their bathroom I could hear it the lighting in the room wasn't great and sometimes where was a lot of noise from the corridiors but also from the street below.

Excellent location, and price wise it was awesome. Will come back 100%. And there was a happy hour where they give you free beer and wine!

It is located in a safe neighborhood, so you can walk around at night no issues. The staff are beyond friendly, they’ll help you with any questions you may have.
It has a 100% no smoking policy, I vape so it’d be nice if they dedicated a small area in the complex where you could go smoke.
