Staff was nice and I felt much safer with my car parked in their lot than on the street. Bed and pillows were comfortable and shower was easy to operate. Free coffee well into afternoon very helpful for late risers.
Housekeeping basically started shouting at each other for 4 straight hours right outside my door, beginning at like 8 AM, and did not seem the least bit aware that they might be disturbing guests. The room I had was quiet otherwise but it was also next to the hotel’s laundry room. Once they started running it (around noon) the industrial sized machines were loud and made the desk I was trying to work at vibrate for 2-3 hours.

Most of the staff we rude. The only pleasant encounters were from the housekeeping (they were all very friendly) The front desk staff were really weird about their towel count. None of my encounters were unprofessional. However, they all just seemed like they were over it, over me and didn’t want to be there.

While there was a nice easy chair, there was no desk or table low enough to be used as a chair—or a chair for one if there had been. I had to figure a way to get my computer at a comfortable height to use from the bed, as there was no way to use it in a desk or table.

property was near a lot of restaurants and stores. loved having a microwave and fridge especially staying for so many days.
clerks at the front desk weren’t very friendly. Our toilet got plugged and we had to go the front desk to get one for our room. We should of got a discount for having to do it ourselves. We could of been just as unfriendly and not even said anything. Also the bathroom door is WAY to close to the toilet, you have to stand on one side to close the door then use the restroom. Very weird.

Lady at front desk didn't seem happy there. And they only gave you coffee and a sake of Danish and apple they could of gave a choice with at least cereal and milk. Also they could have asked if i had triple a for a discount.

Fire alarm went off 2 times during my three night stay. First one was at 2am and the second was at 4:30 am no contact was made with guests onto what happened or why it went off. No officials arrived so it was not a serious alarm.

The room, bed, pillows were VERY comfortable. The towels, by motel standards, were the nicest we've had in a LONG time! They were soft and didn't feel like bath matts. THANK YOU!! =) The check in staff that afternoon, Patrick and his co-worker were very nice, friendly and funny. We were bummed we weren't able to take advantage of the breakfasts either morning of our stay but that was our fault and bad timing.

it was nice! seemed very safe! also way cleaner then expected! looks newly renovated with wood floors! bed is soo comfortable me and my husband didn’t want to get out if bed!!
to be compl honest i only stayed one night and the people i encountered were very nice and helpful and the property seemed nice as well! so i dont have many complaint

The hotel and room was clean overall. I really liked the bedding which was very comfortable. Breakfast options were OK. Overall, this hotel was a good value for the cost and I would stay in another Quality Inn again.
The parking fee was surprising, but I guess that's par for the course in CA.

Eggs were not good at all...didn't taste like real eggs. Everything else was acceptable. I dont eat pork so I wished they offered turkey bacon . The friendly ladies that cleaned the rooms were SUPER HELPFUL and FRIENDLY
The check in guy, could have been a little more nicer and willing to listen. He wasn't rude, but inpatient. And the eggs mentioned above I didn't like at all.
