I love that this property is close to my job and my wife comes and stays with me. Also even though we do not bring our pets here, I am glad that they are pet friendly. The staff of great!
It definitely needs upgrading! The furniture is old the room was dusty and the bath was dirty. Also the chair in our room was absolutely gross! There was also dog poop under the corner table. We stay here a lot and it literally luck of the draw with what room you get. Some rooms are nice, others are questionable. The beds are comfortable but the carpet is gross. You definitely can not walk bare foot on this carpet!

Comfortable beds, friendly and very helpful staff (shout out to Shantel). Great pool for kids. Location close to Knott's Berry Farm.

We went down for an Angels Baseball game. This was a short 15 minute drive from the stadium. The hotel was not hard to find. Checking in was quick and easy. The people at the desk where pleasant and the lobby is very nice. Our room was nice with a mini fridge and microwave. Our stay was quiet and the price was perfect. They had a small but pleasant breakfast in the morning. Good coffee. There is a fabulous Argentine Steakhouse across the way. Food was out of this world. We will definitely stay here again for baseball season.
The shower needed a better cleaning and the carpet did not look vacuumed.

Everything was clean and felt safe.We had a great view in our room and we liked that we can open the window a bit to get fresh air. Hotel is close to a lot of great locations and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
Everything in this stay was great! There is no continental breakfast but for obvious reasons it is fine. They do a goodie bag to take every morning instead but I never went down to get one. Water pressure in the hotel shower was a little odd but nothing you can't quickly get used to.

Our room was very large & quiet at night. Loved our balcony. Staff in morning was wondering. The girl that took care of breakfast on Monday (6th) & Tuesday (7th) was very sweet & kept everything well stocked & clean. We'll be back!
The fact that we were told that you didn't take chime, so my bank card was charged but then my bf's card...he has chime was charged as well. We got the $ back after we checked out but still we were charged twice upon arrival. We could of used that $$ during our stay in California. But we got it back instantly after checking out. Thank you.

Breakfast and the service were excellent. There was no hot water the first day (they did notify us, so I appreciate that), the AC unit was dated (should upgrade to central air) but it worked and there were 2 elevators and one was not working for 2 of the days we stayed. I loved that there was a business center where I could work from. Also the location and options for food within walking distance were great too.
it was just a bit dated. some renovations are definitely in need. The pool was FREEZING cold. it would habe been nice to have extra pillows.

I was tired. The bed was wonderful. Unfortunately I can't afford to stay often because of the pricing. It's worth the money. Believe me. I've stayed in disgusting motel 6's and they are so gross that I have to clean before entering. I told management and I was told to clean it myself and I did cuz I couldn't sleep in the bed ... Thankfully I had my own clean sheet and have slept on top of my sheet fully clothed. No I haven't slept good. I'm looking for a place to live....

Checking in was quick and all information such as wifi, pool hours, breakfast hours was provided. Up to including where we should park our car to see from our room. The room it self was decent with a working fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable but only had two pillows to each bed for 4 guest. Breakfast was convenient and there was a good variety. The pool was nice and there are towels there for after swimming. There is a few areas that smelled like dog but I presume expected being dog friendly. Also a key card is required to enter the lobby which felt secure for us.The overall hotel is nice and was okay for us but each individual will of course have their standards.
The room we stayed in was a pet friendly room. One thing that wasn't a make or break but there were no shelves or place to but toiletries. Also I feel there could have been additional pillows instead of 2 pillows per bed with 4 guest. I'm sure we could have asked for some but didn't want to trouble anyone.
